This parking is easily full and hard to find spot. The new management however is better than the last one. Be careful when traveling in the staircases as you get homeless people staying there.

Park at your own risk. Thought it was $30 for one night, charged $55 for less than 24 hours. It was $20 6 months ago and definitely didn’t leave before 6 am. Criminal. Based on the review below, I’m sure they will say the charge is justified even if it’s nearly 300% the price of the same time 6 months ago. However, pretty unrealistic to expect someone to read pt 8 font as they enter a car park and would definitely qualify as deceptive advertising. I understand needing to leave at 6 am if I entered early, however given I entered after 4 pm why on earth would I assume I needed to leave by 6 am for a “flat rate” fee? Lesson learned and will never park there again and advise everyone considering it to head a few blocks away for a fair price.

Very tricky parking hours , do not park here without asking exactly for the rates. Was saying $25 night rate and $78 . maximum We were charged $156.

I paid in advance $11.10 to park my car for a full day via Secure a Spot. I used the same credit card which I used to pay the prepaid amount to scan in and out of the car park. I ended out having to pay a whopping $80.98 additionally.
So in total that is $80.98 + $11.10 to park my car for 9 hours.

Other Car companies such as Wilson have the technology to register your credit card for prepaid payments to be used for entry and exit of car parks.

I have disputed this transaction almost two weeks ago through my bank and still waiting for my money to be reversed. Also to mention public must drive down at least 3 levels to find a park at this carpark.

I will never park at Secure Parking - Grand Hyatt ever again. And never prepay with Secure Parking.

Entered the car park at 5:59am meaning I missed the early bird parking which is $20 & starts at 6:00am, Instead I had to pay $79. Spoke to the manger and was completely rude about it

Used this car park this morning went to the early bird level I was given another ticket. Went to use the ticket on leaving as I was only there just over one hour but was slugged $48 question it and was told I had to leave after 2pm to use the early bird!! $48 for just over the hour park is robbery! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Near the entrance of the car park a guy was waiving an board advertising $15 all day parking at about 9.45am.I thought this was great value and entered by taking a ticket and found a bay.After doing my site measurements..and returning to pay.I was ripped off and had to pay $79.00 for about 3 hrs parking .I found the helpdesk staff arrogant and unfriendly .Be warned of this trap.
