As someone who works in customer service, this was the most welcome I have felt in a store in a long time. Some of the staff were around chatting but I was immediately approached by a lovely lady who brought me over to Megan. She was the most wonderful sales assistant I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I set a budget which she respected but she was just so fantastic and her recommendations had me at double what I originally planned and I’m absolutely not mad about it. She was helpful and patient, understanding and kind. She showed genuine concern for what I was looking for even steering me away from potentially expensive products I was looking at as they wouldn’t go with my skin and recommending something else. She clearly wasn’t focused about the money but instead helping me and in turn I ended up spending so much more. Please give this beautiful person some kind of reward for her amazing service, I will be back asap to let her know how it all goes and getting full size products of the ones she recommended

As someone who isn’t very ‘make up savvy’, I had the best experience at Mecca today! Tyler was phenomenal at understanding what I needed and giving me options for price and quality. Tyler made me feel at ease and I felt feeling amazing about my new purchases! So happy!!

Amazing service by the team at Mecca Marion. My interaction was prompt yet successful, immediately finding what I had needed, right shade and right brand. Everyone was lovely especially the worker who helped me initially.

I came in this morning and was assisted by two lovely girls - Ella and the other girl’s name I didn’t catch. I was looking for eyeshadow for my daughter’s graduation and Ella helped me to find the perfect combination. I was impressed by the staff’s attentiveness and service and to top it all off they wrapped it up beautifully for me. Will be coming back!

I’m a long standing customer and always find the teams at most Mecca locations amazing. Today I met Suraia, one of the skin specialists and she was nothing short of amazing. Super helpful, not pushy on the products and knew her stuff extremely well. Thank you so much for the tips and samples; I will probably be back on the weekend no doubt. Thanks a bunch Suraia ☺

I came into today and was assisted by a lovely, knowledgeable, and friendly girl who went out of her way to make sure I got everything I needed. I think her name is Emma, she was fabulous, best service I have ever received in this store <3

We popped in today to have a look at the NuFace face toning machine. We were looked after by a beautiful, knowledgable and helpful skin specialist 'Megan' she was so helpful, and we really enjoyed our time, and detailed information, demonstration (especially the facial🫶). Thank you Megan so much 🤍

The ladies that served me on the 30th of July around 1pm were absolutely lovely, so nice, and made me feel empowered with their kind comments and helpfulness. Makes me definitely consider coming back. Keep doing what you’re doing. ❤❤

Normally it’s really scary going into makeup stores but Phoebe and her colleagues made it a really pleasant experience. Phoebe really took the time to help me find the perfect shade and brand of foundation for my skin, which historically has been impossible until now. I’m really happy with my purchase and am grateful for the time taken to make me feel welcome.

I visited the Marion store for the first time today..Sarah met me at the door. Sarah smiled and asked if she could help..yes..I need a full coverage foundation but I need advice as mine always slides off. She found Taylor who was the most awesome, patient and helpful make up artist and perfect example of nice person! Thanks Taylor..great choice of employees Mecca...🥰 ps bought the goodies..happy customer!

My and I went in today to look at buying some Charlotte tilbury foundation and Liane helped us find our perfect shades as well as selling us on the flawless filter and concealer. Liane was patient with us helping us both find and try on different shades as well as giving us samples to take home and try out. She kindly wanted us to find the best products for our skin and knew exactly what she was doing, amazing customer service. We couldn’t be happier walking out of Mecca.

I usually find Mecca stores a bit overwhelming but this one is very chill I Was served by Chloe she provided great customer service and helped me find a foundation I like

I went to Mecca over the weekend to restock some favourites as well as look for some new skin care items. I was helped by the gorgeous Lesanne (sorry if I spelt that incorrectly)! She was so helpful and informative and helped me find all the products that would work best for me! She was amazing!!!! Thank you so much Lesanne!

I went in to get a gift voucher. I have no idea about the products or how good they are, but I'm willing to learn.
