I'm beyond disappointed with the service I've received from CI Technical Support. For the past three days, I've been unable to work due to a critical license issue with your software.

After enduring a frustrating 4-hour wait on hold, I was promised a callback within an hour to resolve the issue. Shockingly, that callback never came. This level of neglect is simply unacceptable.

As a customer who relies on your software for my job, I expected better support and quicker resolution times. This experience has been incredibly disruptive and has left me questioning my choice of software provider as it is the second time this happens and the issue hasn't been resolved yet.

I sincerely hope that CI can address these issues promptly to avoid similar situations in the future.

The sales people sold me a product that was not suitable for my office. It cost $10,000 and we never used it. They also prevented us from on selling it or even giving it to someone else who could use it. A terrible experience.

Shocking service. People who pretend they know what they are doing, and extremely pushy. Not honest. Admitted fault with service and software and refused to help fix or refund.
