Having my lashes done by Nicola has always been spectacular! She is super detailed and gentle. The best lash technician/business with so much knowledge and skills. She makes you feel super comfy. Her salon is also amazing and very professional. I highly recommend.

The quality of the lashes used and their application is high, and you’ll be happy with the end product. It was unfortunate that the service lacked towards the end of my interactions with this business. I experienced more than one appointment where the time was changed on the day by the technician - and I then needed to shuffle my work commitments to fit. I had a lash refill booked for my best friend’s wedding and it was cancelled (by text) 2 hours beforehand due to ‘personal reasons’. I was told I’d be allocated another appt, so after two days without hearing anything, I cancelled my two future appts (both with over 10 days notice) and sent the business an email to let her know. In this email I asked for the deposits for these appts back and I got a response in writing stating she “would be happy to refund the booking fees”. However over a month later, no money has been refunded, nor has any response to the polite emails I sent following up. Her online booking app showed that the appts I cancelled were taken by other clients, so essentially, two deposits have been taken for one appointment, which I think is unfair to customers who do the right thing and cancel with plenty of notice. I’m more than happy to support small business - but not donate to them. I wish Nicki all the best for her future and am sure her quality work will set her in good stead for a successful future of happy customers. Sadly, I won’t be one of them.

Pretty lame business, ignores messages, doesn't book appointments when requested and all in all doesn't even respond back ... great business your running there! 🤣👎
