Shelley Beach Lookout

Absolutely stunning lookout, worth a sit with a glass of wine and time to take it in!
Would be awesome to see paragliders take off from the platforms, what an amazing set up for them! Definitely recommend driving down to the beach itself, but the road is very narrow in places so drive carefully!

Incredible camping spot pretty much on the beach. Nice drop toilet very clean, very nice caretaker named David camps there as well. Was pretty quiet mid week, scored a spot right on the beach front! Fresh water river you can drink from run throughs the camp!

Super love this place !!! Sand is fine and beach is beautiful. Watch the sunrise here. There are a few camper at the beach when i came.
Along the way , there is rabbit n kangeroo. So drive carefully

AMAZING lookout! Steep drive to the top. Was pretty windy when I visited in October - 10mins at the top with my windows down had my car filled with sand.
$15 entry, worth the trip.

Beautiful view that can't be captured on camera. Waves don't like me for some reason and keep trying to eat me, don't know why. 😭

Little piece of heaven on Earth. The road to lookout is little rough and narrow but its completely worth the view...

Prefect spot for take off and landing! Great to watch the Paragliders and Hang gliders if you are travelling around.

Heaven on earth for sure. The ocean is clear and deep blue with white soft sandy beach. It is a paragliding and hangliding site so plenty te see and do.

Great little campsite with running fresh water all year around.
Awesome lookout that hang glider and paraglider pilots enjoy regularly.

Great place to visit for a stroll along the beach. The hiking in the area is great too. If you're in a rental car or a 2wd, beware of the corregations on the gravel roads. They can be quite deceptive and bad on your suspension in places if you're not careful.

Amazing lookout over Shelley Beach. Well worth a stop to soak in the view before you head down to the beach. There are also paragliding platforms to watch paragliders take off and glide around - which is incredible in itself. Plenty of parking - great spot!
