Great professional service, very helpful

This is solely a warning to other potential consumers who may unwittingly seek services here. Please avoid doing business with this accountant (I’m not sure if they actually hold a legitimate qualification in their field).

In short; I went in for an individual tax return and was estimated a roughly $1400 tax return. After seeking services from a legitimate tax accountancy firm, I was secured an $11000 return. Yes, you read those figures correctly.

For those wanting a further explanation; the individual I sought services from was extremely disinterested with going through the tax return process with me. Worryingly, they disregarded legitimate concerns that I raised, brushing them off as insignificant. As it turned out, the concerns I had equated to a 10 thousand dollar differential in my return, after I consulted with a different tax accountant who actually listened to me. Additionally, this individual could not answer what I believed to be basic questions around taxation that I wanted to understand. They did not go in to any effective questioning regarding what I could claim. Essentially, the whole experience felt as though I was being expedited through the process so that they could send me the invoice.

I have concerns about the legitimacy of this business. If you don’t believe me, read the generic review comments, including those in which they haven’t even bothered to remove the quotation marks. This is not meant to intend any ill will or harm, but rather to warn others. I hope this review helps.
