I had been trying to sell our unit in Morley for almost 2 years, with almost no interest it seemed. After seeing A sold sign in my complex from Tom Jones at Ray White. I gave him a call, and in August 2021, I signed his authority. He immediately organised the marketing, and in a couple of days he presented an offer to purchase our unit at a much better price than expected. This offer fell through, but he immediately came through with another offer at the same price. The sale settled 2 months later! Tom's service, knowledge and attention to detail was brilliant, and we can't recommend him highly enough.
