Found Andrew on Google as I was desperate to get my PC fixed. And I couldn't believe how quick and great he was. Very professional and will not over charge you at all with a decent price. Highly recommend Andrew as he can get everything done ASAP.

I was scammed and informed by ANZ bank to have my laptop and mobile Android ph cleaned. Thank the Lord I found Andrew. He was supportive, understanding, and given my elderly years, a good listener and gave good advice moving forward. Totally recommend him for quick efficient service.

Bought a Prebuilt PC Tower over a Black Friday deal and it was booting up but was getting no signal to any monitors I connected to it.
Brought my setup to Andrew in his workshop and the next day he let me know he found the problem (the motherboard), while he gave me details and photos over the phone he also further explained any problems with the PC when I came to pick it up.

After chatting a bit he gave me some insights he had on the specs of the PC and some suggestions and guidance on where to go forward on fixing it, saying my best bet would be to contact the company I bought it from and get it sent back and repaired via warranty. (which I am in the process of doing)
While asking what the price of his services was he told me it was free of charge, I'm not sure if this is case for all PC inspections but this was the case for mine in which I am grateful for.

Andrew is very friendly and seems to take work in a good professional manner. I highly recommend approaching him and his business for any computer repair technicalities as I will come to him in the future for any more computer problems (I hope to not receive anymore computer problems though 😅)

I Purchased a refurbished desktop Pc from Andrew and it works great and was very well priced. I was very happy with Andrews knowledge and approach to his work and now because of this I will be returning to him with my high end gaming PC for refurbishment.

Thank you Andrew. I have been to Wilzen when I had Vaio issues. Very friendly, professional and down to earth survice with good price depending on the service you require. No sales pitch but genuine every day language help. Computer people maybe geeky and on their own planet but this service is every day professional help. Try it and decide. I ended up buying a refurb Vaio after the screen of my old Vaio broke - damn it.

Fantastic service

I will describe my experience: Initially it was very good; I purchased a second hand computer but then realised it was not what I wanted so the proprietor found another suitable one and I upgraded. I had a few questions in the following weeks and we corresponded via email (Gmail). No problems. But then about a month later I emailed him (from a PC, not a smartphone/Iphone) with a software issue I was having but no reply.

Over the next week I emailed twice more each time varying the subject line to reduce the chance of the email being missed. But never a reply. I could not believe anyone from a company could be so rude, so I had an idea when a friend was visiting and since he also had a Gmail account I asked if he would use my computer and email this fellow with his business request for a computer network, as he was starting a new business. He emailed around 8.30pm and immediately after he had sent the email from my computer (but using his Gmail account) I also sent another email (for a total of four).

As if by magic, the proprietor of Wilzen Computers answered his email in one hour, and out of work hours also, at 9.30pm. But mine was not responded to.

I find it difficult to believe that all of my emails had been missed, when they were getting through just fine previously. My friend expressed his disappointment to the fellow about this and the response was that Wilzen Computers had not received any of my emails. (BTW, this company has only one person in it) and could my friend please forward my full name to him so he can "address the issues". My friend told him my first name and suburb, yet he still claimed he did not know who I was, even after delivering the first computer to me.

I find this very difficult to believe so based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company due to this communication problem. Maybe he thought I was being a PITA, but it is still rude and unprofessional.
