What a wonderful experience. Zeta was absolutely amazing, took the time to explain the pearls and her customer service was exceptional. I absolutely love my Embrace ring. After purchasing I also received a personalised email from Zeta with my receipt wishing me all the best. Highly highly recommend. Thank you Kallis. I will be back.

There are 2 reasons for my 5 star review of this business. The first and foremost is the 2 very lovely ladies who served me and my husband. They were genuine, friendly, informative and appeared to really love their work. We visited 8 other stores most of which barely acknowledged our presence. Only one other store put in effort but were so pushy they pushed us right out the door without us giving a second thought of coming back.

The service your employees provided not only gave us a pleasant experience but also increased the sale by $1000.

The second reason is in the detail! I fell in love with the small black diamond in the bail. A great idea to set your jewellery apart from the rest.

Great store, great staff, great jewellery.

A great store with genuinely helpful staff. A must for an authentic Broome South Sea Pearl. ( I work for this company so maybe a little bias 😊 Come and see for yourself and enjoy the Broome experience)

My friend and I visited many pearl shops in Broome today and we found the staff friendly informative and not pushy at Kailis. We came away with some special treasures for ourselves and our girls. The designs and quality are exceptional. A wonderful experience

I have just purchased my pearl necklace from Kailis Jewellery Broome.The store manager Rachel Connolly gave me a first class retail experience. She was attentive and respectful. She listened and honed in on exactly what I wanted. Beautiful store if highly recommend it if you're looking for Broome Pearls.
