I've been using Avenir products (both accessories and heated towel ladders and rails) in my own home and my 2 x investment properties for over 10 years and the product quality, communication & after sales service are second to none. Australian made designed and manufactured, yes, they are more expensive than products made overseas, but you can't put a value on locally made and exceptional after sales service if something goes wrong. Can highly recommend and I'll be back to purchase again in my next bathroom renovation.

Incredibly beautiful designs and excellent quality manufacturing. We chose the Above range for our bathrooms given their minimalist and timeless appearance. Could not be happier. Furthermore, the company is extremely supportive - I managed to accidentally break the soap holder after dropping the soap and hitting it with my head on the way up ( stupid, avoidable and ouch!!!) and Avenir went well out of their way to send me a replacement - at no cost. Incredibly generous. That is a first in my experience with any company and goes to the heart of the company's ethos and the people who work there! Brilliant!!

We LOVE our brushed nickel Avenir vertical heated towel rails. They heat the draped towels so well and look beautiful. And their after care customer service has been amazing.

I bought 4 Avenir rails for my bathrooms a couple of years ago. When one became slightly loose, I rang Avenir to enquire about what tool to use, as the nut is inside the rail. Avenir insisted on sending out Chris to deal with this minor issue. He was able to come within days and not only fixed the loose rail, but adjusted all rails and updated the elements. He was very friendly and efficient. They are a creative design and outstanding product - drying entire towels quickly and completely. Highly recommended!

I had some heated towel rails from Avenir installed when renovating my bathroom.
The product looks very good and works great with the smart timer and in-wall kit.
One rail developed a fault ~ 1 year later (I'm still not sure of the cause, possibly a bad install) but Avenir customer service was excellent. They honoured the warranty and helped me to promptly repair it.

Customer service. When was the last time you had an amazing customer service experience? Well today I had the most incredible customer service from Avenir Future Design. We had purchased a 4 level heated towel rail about ten years ago and the top rail stopped working. I ended up doing a hack DYI job attempting to fix it and ended up gluing it to the wall which is how it was for years. I called Avenir and explained the story and they promised to send a technician when they were in my area. Chris arrived today and did the most innovative fix imaginable that I did not think was possible. It now looks like new again which is a result I did not think possible. Avenir is one of those rare companies that truly care about their customers and go that extra mile to make things right. If I could give them six stars I would. Avenir Future Design is a great supplier of bathroom accessories. They really the best of the best.

Great customer service and good looking product!

I was searching for a long time for such products and I’m happy I finally found them! Unfortunately, I didn’t choose the free shipping option because I needed them very fast in Romania, Europe but the Customer Order Manager helped me finding a fast shipping plan to my country and she was also very prompt with every request that I had.
I will come back with an update and pictures after the installation but I’m sure I will not have problems during it because they have a very explicit user guide.

The products are fantastic - need looking, great quality. We had a transformer die (probably due to my plumber’s installation) and Avenir have been fantastic at helping to identify the problem and sort me out with a replacement. Testimony to their fantastic service, Chris - the GM - came to my house, tested a few things, then left me with the spares I’d need.

We have had an Avenir Heated towel rack for close to 10 years. The rack has worked brilliantly once correctly installed (initial installation error was the electrician's not the product). Recently another electrical issue has meant we once again needed help from the manufacturer. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Avenir. In both instances (9+ years ago and more recently) they have gone out of their way to help us solve the issue. Definitely above and beyond what could reasonably be expected. It's an 20 out of 10 score for customer service from us and same for the product.

Sadly my builder couldn't have got the installation more wrong with our new heated towel rails. I reached out to Chris in support who came the next day with spare parts and assisted with the installation and testing. I went from throttling my builder to having a great experience. I recently purchased three products from Avenir. The customer service was exceptional, the time from ordering to receiving the product was extremely fast and the products are excellent. From the beginning to the end, the entire experience with the team from Avenir was first class.

Lost a grub screw out of a bathroom towel rail fixing and was trying to work out how to know what size I needed and where to get it. Trust Google to help me find Avenir the manufacturer. Emailed service and almost an instant reply asking for my address and 2 days later I receive in the mail 3 grub screws and the appropriate Allen key....all at no charge. Wonderful company with the best customer service I have ever experienced. We had an issue with our heated towel rails which was our fault. I contacted Avenir for assistance and advice. My query was answered so promptly by the boss on a weekend and then followed up by the office the next day. Communication was wonderful and in no time our heated towel rails were up and running. So impressed with this Australian company and a huge thank you to both Ian and Yvonne for the help received. I highly recommend the product and the company!!

What a difference dealing with a local company! I had an issue with a soap holder and lodged a warranty claim through the retailer. Avenir rang me within a week of lodging the claim to replace the item and give advice on removing the original install. Totally recommend this local manufacturer!

Dealing with Tammy at Avenir has been an absolute delight. We purchased our heated towel ladders through Avenir for our main bathroom renovation. Tammy was able to guide us through the various products they offer based on our specifications. They answered our calls promptly, offered great advice, and delivered the Australian made products to our door within a few days. I only wish more people new about this great Australian company! I had recently had an employee misplace the fitting kit required to hang the heated towel rail.

I spoke with Yvonne from Avenir, she was quick to understand the situation and had a new fitting kit out that afternoon followed by a follow up call to confirm if i had received the item.
