I have been attending Adaptive strength for approx 2months now, The program set out by the Trainers is effective and designed to help you/me achieve your goals. The staff are fantastic and very friendly and supportive of you.. I look forward to attending each day as I get to know more people there each time, it is great atmosphere there and everyone is made welcome when they attend.

Excellent deep tissue massage. I work out a lot and this is so valuable. Loosened up lots of knots in my torso. Will return regularly to help maintain the inital work. Well priced.Rachel was friendly and great at her job👍

I did my first marathon and decided to have a remedial massage on advice from friends. Found the service via a local Facebook group and positive reviews. The experience was great. Everything was explained in a clear way so I understood. The actual massage was perfect. My legs felt so much better afterwards and a day after I felt fully recovered. I will definitely return for another massage in the future. Highly recommended.

I was thoroughly impressed with James’ ability to interpret my injuries before efficiently conveying how he planned to remedy them with selective massage. Honestly, I walked away feeling much relief from the associated pain. The entire experience was balanced by Jame’s personable nature.

Rachael has been wonderful! I'm a long-term cyclist, with years of neglect. Rachael has been able to identify pain points & really help work through them. I can't recommend her highly enough.

If you are in ANY pain I can not speak highly enough of Devi. I had a. 6 year old rock hard knot that caused me neck pain and occasionally made me look a bit coat hanger shaped. For the first time in a YEARS I spent the longest time pain free. She is one of my favourite things about visiting Perth. It also doesn’t hurt that she is made of magic and one of the loveliest people you will ever meet. 5 million stars and thank you 🙌🏼💛✨

I have been here a few times and all I can say is Devi is so amazing - she's friendly, knows her stuff well, and always provides me with the best massage. She focuses on areas which needed the most attention hence I always leave the place feeling much better. Not to mention they provide student discount! Box33 is seriously the best of the best.

Devi was very friendly and professional. We sat down first to chat about what my problems/sore muscles are she then told me where she was going to massage and why. During the massage she always checked if she had the right pressure. Very good communication and I will definitely be back :)

I play golf a lot and have been getting a sore shoulder when hitting the golf ball. My friend recommended I got try and massage at Box33 Massage Recovery Room. I had Travis for the massage. He was super informative, quickly diagnosed the cause, explained what he was going to do, then straight into working on the shoulder. The best part is my shoulder no longer hurts and I can enjoy playing golf again. Highly recommended and I will certainly be back again.
