My Ride (Bicycle Superstore) - Geelong

Had such fabulous service from Miles (unsure of spelling) in the Geelong store today! A few of the bikes my son had originally chosen were not in stock in his size, but we chose to still purchase (a higher priced bike) from the store solely due to the high quality customer service he gave us. He even put the bike together within a couple hours due to us not living in Geelong. The 2 free services within 12 months was a pleasant unexpected bonus. Would definitely recommend this store!

We purchases three bikes, helmets and gel seats here last week and had them delivered yesterday. Went for our first ride straight away and the bikes were as amazing as the sales people told us they would be. Very happy indeed :)

Now called My Bike. They offer a great range with super helpful staff. I'm delighted with my new e-bike! It was an easy purchase decision after the info was presented clearly and I was offered a no obligation test ride on site plus 2 free after sales services.

I am so grateful for the way I was treated by Izzy (over the phone) and Nathan (in store) . Their customer service was excellent, non-judgemental of my age, injury or gender and Nathan provided me with advice that suites my needs rather than selling me something for the sake of a sale. If I was able (I have an injury), I would definitely have purchased my bike from here. I highly recommend My Ride as a great shop to purchase all your cycling needs.

I paid $800 for a bike there telling the lady we needed it within 9 days for my hubby's birthday. Lady said they would only need about 4 days to put the bike together. Went to have lunch across the road for an hour and suddenly she rang to say it was ready for pick up! Fantastic people to deal with and great service!
Going back tomorrow to pick up a car bike rack I ordered over the phone, yay!

My teen son has extra needs and wasn't coping well when I said we had to get him a new bike (very attached to old one). Blake was SO brilliant with him, spent over an hour with us, best customer service ever. Also prioritised getting his new bike ready. Superb.

My husband and I recently purchased 2 bikes and we were very pleased with the service. The staff helped pick the correct size bikes and we even had a 'test ride' in the loading dock out back. The staff serviced the bike before we left as well, and help load them safely in our ute for transport home.

When I walked into the store I was greeted by Shane and I told him how I was interested in buying a new bike because my current bike was hurting my back and in a state of near disrepair.

Shane said he could easily sell me a new bike but I should bring my bike in to see what condition it was in and have it fitted properly.

I brought it in a few days later and Shane spent a good half hour adjusting and fiddling with the bike and fixed my cleats so the bike was much more comfortable to sit on, I left overnight to have it serviced and replace some very worn out parts including cassette, chain and extremely bright back light with USB charging, brake cables, brake pads, bar tape.

In the end I paid a fraction of the price for a new bike for what now feels like a brand new bike and is hopefully going to reduce my back and hip pain.

I am extremely happy with the service and will definitely be going back for any future purchases and servicing.

Every time I visit, there's always friendly & helpful staff around. They may be busy quite a bit of the time with customers, but they will get to you. I always seem to get a little bit of a discount, without any pressure being applied. Good quality product, prices seem okay to me.

Excellent customer service in the repairs depot, dropped a Giant Men's Mountain Bike in for a rear rim replacement, work was completed within a few hours - text message notification of works and available for pick up. Very seamless, will use again for future service needs.

These guys are great, not only with their advice on what bike to get but also the tips and encouragement provided to my partner and I to teach our autistic son to ride without training wheels.

We walked into the store intending to get a BMX-sized, fixed gear bike with training wheels as we thought anything else might be too difficult for him. We walked out with a 24 speed mountain bike with no training wheels. He had his first proper on it session yesterday afternoon and, following the advice given, within 15 minutes he was riding around with no assistance and loving it.

Evan J was fantastic, I was shopping for a new pair of shoes and he was very patient and helpful. He gave me a great rate and even fitted my cleats for me. I will definitely be shopping there in future.

I'm most appreciative of the fact that I've been given support following the purchase of a bike. I'm not an experienced rider but the staff there have been helpful answering all the questions I've been firing away at them. Many thanks.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who know a lot about bikes and actually do mountain biking so you can relate with them when buying bikes or accessories. Great bike shop love the scott bikes and i would love myself a scott ransom.
