A rival bike shop on Pako St quoted me $179 for a service, before parts, which seemed a little high so I tried De Grandi. $90 seemed much fairer and I was very happy with the job they did, only costed $116 all up with a new chain. The bike was running really rough before but is now running like a dream. Excellent customer service, I'd definitely recommend these guys for a bike service in Geelong.

Nice staff. Helpful and not too proactive. Perhaps they know Asian aren't that talkative. Want to hang around and ask for assistance when needed. They're willing to check my car before I decide which rack shall I buy for mounting bikes. I have had a good experience shopping there.
