Bicycle Centre Belmont

After two flats along the Barwon, Bicycle Centre Belmont was closest for help. Good call. Jack was straight onto the problem tube/tyre finding the small, but sharp, thorn causing the issue. Got back on the trail to join friends in Drysdale for lunch 😎

From the moment we stepped inside their clean spacious store, we were greeted with the most respectful friendly staff who were so helpful and knowledgeable.

I booked my son's BMX bike in for a service and some new tyres, they completed the job 1 week early at an affordable price too.
They even have a fantastic selection of bikes, spare parts, accessories and even bike cleaning stuff which I thought was great.

There's plenty of parking off street too.

Will be using Bicycle Centre Belmont for all our bicycle services and needs. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely terrific, the guys were very helpful, though I knew what I wanted they were able to provide info and arrange a test ride (for a Merida eONE SIXTY). Arranged the same and the pickup really quickly and stayed late to get the bike spec’s up for me to ride home 👍. Very happy 😊

Always have a great experience here. The guys are very knowledgeable, and Shane does the best bike fit I’ve ever had. 100% worth it if you spend a while in the saddle!

It was a fantastic experience watching the Hi-Tech bikes in the store and especially the E-bikes. They were very polite and can help you with all doubts and suggestions you need regarding the bikes. They also service your bike and make you feel like you just rebought a new one. I would recommend going and having a look at their collection.

Slightly delayed review, but alas! Rented two e-bikes from here and couldn't have been happier! Was an easy process and the person we spoke to at the store (didn't catch the name unfortunately) was really helpful and gave us a great recommendation for where to ride as we were just visiting the area for the weekend. Thanks again!

Popped in Saturday with my two young sons in tow. One of them has progressed to a two wheel scooter so we were checking out sizing. Unfortunately it didn't work out so we couldn't buy something on this occasion.
I wanted to leave this review as the young guy that served us, Riley, was absolutely excellent guiding us with whatever we needed. His interpersonal skills with both myself and towards the kids stood out, and I hope that this message is passed on so that he realises the positive impact he's made. Cheers. You have our business going forward - btw we have 3 kids to put through scooters and bikes.

I came into the shop to purchase a brake block so i could bleed my brakes and was given one from the workshop for free.
How good was that.
I will make this my regular shop from now on knowing that they are here to look after you and not just take your money.

I just picked up a new tyre and tube for my son's bike. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Really happy with the purchase and the service. Despite the delivery being delayed (not their fault) they went out of their way to assist and meet my needs. Really great people and customer service.

Today I dropped into the store as I knew something wasn’t right with my bike rack. With bikes on and kids ready to go, I thought I’d get it checked just incase. After a quick look one of the team realised I was missing a part likely sold when I sold my old car. He then proceeded to go over and above to help me out by putting on the part I needed and getting us off on our way for a ride. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I would highly recommend the bicycle centre Belmont!!

Great service and advice always, have bought bikes, parts, helmets, scooter and accessories over the last few years and everyone has always been super knowledgeable and helpful.

Daniel was great. Looked carefully at my bike and did a quick fix on the spot. Other local stores just said "mechanics are booked out until November" (without even looking carefully at the bike). Excellent job.

Highly recommend BC Belmont, have been with them since the old store round the corner. Recently took my road bike for a service and they did a great job, comprehensive and fixed some minor noises. Service over and above expected, even cleaned the bike, trued wheels and put a patch on to prevent cable rubbing on frame. Great job!

A big shout-out to these guys. Andrew was a big help in choosing my Norco hybrid a month ago. And today I got it back after its first free service: cleaned, everything adjusted and lubricated - they even sorted a dodgy front derailleur. They really know their stuff.

Wanted solid tubes for my Ebike. Shane went out of his way to get them personally.
All the staff were really kind and attentive and a pleasure to deal with over the phone and personally.
