Went in this morning to get a key fixed on an older Mac. Parts no longer in stock sadly (and would be expensive). Thank goodness Apptech spent 10 mins and fixed it for me on the spot for free. Such fantastic and helpful service. Would recommend to anyone. Many thanks!!

I’ve always used apptech for support & repairs of my iPhones / iPad / Beats. They have always provided excellent service and always aim to resolve the issue quickly in the most affordable way with the best outcome in mind. Recently one of my Beats Fit Pro earbuds stopped working and Luke was able to get BOTH earbuds replaced by Apple outside of warranty. I was absolutely stoked he was able to get these replaced for me as I was otherwise facing a cost to fix it and concern for the other ear bud to do the same thing at anytime. I highly recommend apptech for sales and repairs of Apple devices and if you’re lucky enough to get Luke working on your device, it’s in good hands.

I had a fantastic experience at the mobile repair center. My phone had a charging problem, and I was worried about the cost and the time it would take to fix it. Michael fixed my phone quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the repair process in a way that I could understand. The quality of the repair was outstanding; my phone looks and functions like new. I'm grateful for Michael's professionalism and the overall service I received at the repair center. I highly recommend their services, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Michael.
