Had a great experience with Gramline. Service was friendly. We accidentally purchased the wrong colour and they were very accommodating in terms of swapping it out.

Not sure why all the bad ratings. Both times being here have found everyone very polite and helpful. Quick with loading up too

Great products, reasonably priced, always in stock. The stand out for them is their customer service, helpful from the counter to the loading dock.

Very good customer service, I would highly recommend. Been dealing with these guys for years, never let me down.

Disregard the reviews about bad service. I visited the office on 20 Nov 2023 with nothing but great advice from the owner and the admin ladies.

At first I was quite hesitant due to these terrible google reviews people have given this business but I prefer to support local opposed to the likes of Bunnings.

Upon entering the office, the owner was initially providing detailed and informative recommendations to another customer in regards to compliance and regulatory requirements for a pool fence which the customer was not aware of.

When it was my turn to ask a handful of questions to the admin lady, the owner jumped in to give me the advice I was after and recommendations on how to go about this task I am about to undertake on my own as a keen DIYer.

All the reviews prior to this did not reflect what I had experienced at all.
I did not come across any rudeness and nor was I billed for asking questions.

Thus, I am happy to leave a 4 star review based on my experience so far. I’ve yet to pick up my order but I can update if I do experience anything else.

Picked up goods last week, admin and cash payment process was a bit clunky moving from multiple desks and screens, assuming the staff was still new.

I ended up hiring a trailer that was too short (thanks Bunnings), however forklift driver was a gentleman and worked with what I had. A real problem solver!! Can’t say the same with the pickers who gathered the equipment as they looked rather lost.

Lattice quality is great, can’t say the same about the quality of the cuts provided. All in all, good experience with this business. Not perfect, but good.

Trying to order materials could be tricky but we made our way through the process

They wont return stock if its wŕong and if they do they charge $50 restock fee

I'm fairly confident this business would struggle to sell water in the desert. Two years I have been trying to purchase a simple extension kit for our Gramline fence. Two years ago the communication was so bad I gave up. Decided to give it another shot and its the same result. Nobody can answer simple questions, answer the phone or reply to simple emails.

This is a business the deserves its terrible review status.

Anyone needing an extension kit look into Screenline Systems or Our Town Fencing. Avoid this place like the plague.
