I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a mattress at Beds n Dreams, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, Elaine and Nick made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to assist me.

The level of expertise demonstrated by the staff was truly impressive. They patiently listened to my preferences and provided valuable insights into selecting the perfect mattress for my needs. Their product knowledge was exceptional, helping me make an informed decision without feeling pressured.

I highly recommend Beds n Dreams for anyone in search of not just a mattress but a fantastic shopping experience.

I had been to Beds n Dreams 3 times as I had found the Bedroom Furniture I liked but couldn’t place an order until I knew the date of moving. Finally that day came and Nick who helped me with measurements to see if it would fit in my floor plan was so helpful and was also able to make a final discounted cost which included delivery.
Unfortunately the bedframe wasn’t available at time of order as was the rest of the furniture but happy to wait. What I liked was the setting with 2 side tables, the Tallboy and bedframe that has drawers at foot end for extra storage.

Last week my partner and I attended Beds N Dreams, a little unsure and just starting to look at a bed for our new home. We were assisted by Peter and very impressed by his presentation ability. He spoke clearly and professionally, addressing our needs and answering questions about our concerns. We left happy and confident this would serve us well for years to come.

Been on the hunt for an electric bed for some time now. We saw the sale signs outside and went in for a look and yes! They had electric beds! Our consultant Maria was great, she didn't push anything on us and just wanted to make sure we were matched to the right bed and mattress. We ended up purchasing a package for an awesome price.

There was a little hiccup with a part missing when it was delivered but when we called up, the team went above and beyond to investigate and fix the problem. They kept us updated through the whole process and came and delivered the part within the week.

We are around 2 months into our new bed set and its been amazing. Haven't woken up sore at all. Feeling refreshed every morning. Very glad we walked in that day.

Peter was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. He is an all round nice guy, patient and understanding. He is also quite humorous. He made us feel at ease with the purchase that we made.

Staff friendly and nice. Very knowledgeable of their products. Let you browse until you're ready to ask questions. Good range and variation of products to choose from. Buying was easy and no problems to arrange deivery as well.
