Fast service and reasonable price. The gentleman, Ken, is very experienced in computers troubleshooting and repairs. Did I mention the fast service (in case no spare parts to be ordered from overseas)?

The store is 30 minutes from CBD by bus. The store owner, Ken, is very friendly and will give you advice about the services you need. I have my laptop broke down on 10/10/17, I brought it there on 16/10/ 17 and I just get it finished 2/11/17. It was broke down because one of the hinge came off and tear off the power button pcb. They fixed the whole laptop back to its prime! The time it need to get the job finish is quite long, but reasonable, because they order the part from hong kong. They change the whole top and bottom plate, as the existing one, the plastic has gone brittle after 3 years of use. They fixed the keyboard and touchpad that's not in position too. I'm very satisfied with their service!

Ken is a guy who knows his stuff. Very friendly, pleasant to deal with. Will not in fluence you...he recommends and it's then your choice, a very good reason to come and see him for all your computer repairs....Will definitely come back if I need any other work done. 10^10.

Ken managed to fix problems with my hard drives and recover all my data which I thought would be lost, and all at a very reasonable price. He was super helpful throughout the whole process and clearly explained to me the issues and how these would be rectified.

Brilliant service.. very friendly and very easy to relate with. I found Ken to be a 'straight shooter'.
I needed a small upgrade. He immediately understood the possibilities and actually steered me away from the more expensive component parts by listening to me and the explaining the functionality of 'my needs' and then steered me towards a less expensive but better component. He was extremely quick in 'turn around time'. His service is to be highly recommended

Great experience. Laptop was no working, got it quoted and repaired in a week. Ken was a straight forward yet friendly lad who got the job done well. I appreciated that he also took the time to explain to me the issues, what was fixed, and demonstrated that my pc worked now. The little things such as the free quote and the 90 day warranty is such a wonderful bonus that I hope he never gets rid of. It’s these little things that will make me come back whenever I have a gadget malfunction! Pleased with the service.

Ken is excellent, fixed up my PC in a very short time after repairs were made by another person. Installed Office, etc. could not be happier. PC is now 10 times faster. Very efficient and good price.
