Those guys have saved our holidays. In 24 hours after a another company canceled our booking only 2 days before arriving in Broome... they have found for us a 4WD for 5 people and equipped it with all we needed! Really helpful staff. Picked us up at our hotel, rented us a Suzuki Jiminy at a great price for the day (more than $100 less than rivals) and the car was in great order. Dropped us back to our hotel when we returned the car. Couldn't have been happier with their operation.

We arrived at Broome Broome at about 6:30 on Sunday evening to find that our car wasn't ready and the office was closed. That was entirely my fault for making a mistake on the online booking form. I called their after hours number and a lovely staff member came out to the office within 15 minutes to help me. A big chain rental company would never have done that and my thanks go out to Broome Broome for their amazing customer service. Our 4WD vehicle was great, practically brand new and with no issues at all. I wouldn't rent with anyone else in Broome, 5 stars!

We hired a 4wd through Broome Broome Car Rentals and had a wonderful experience. I spoke to the staff several times and they were always so helpful and friendly. The car was almost new and the kids car seats we hired were also in immaculate condition. We would definitely use them again!

Excellent experience. Hired a small 4x4 last minute with extremely competitive prices (cheaper then a large national hire company's hatchback). Our vehicle was brand new, spotlessly clean and perfect for sunset drives on Cable Beach. Highly recommend and glad to support a local business
