I have been working for SACARE for 6 months as a DSW and through my experience the business focuses on a holistic approach towards the clients / participants and the empathy shown by Disability Support Workers is at a level above expectations.
The management and team leaders are a pleasure to work with and I enjoy my work thoroughly with my fellow Disability Support Workers and of course our wonderful / amazing clients / participants.

I had the opportunity to intern with SACARE last year and absolutely loved working here. All staff seem to fit perfectly in their roles and the company has a very approachable management. I have witnessed their support and care towards clients, clearly making them experts in the industry.
