Simon and the Mould Pro team did a great job of treating our house after a roof leak. He even came out on a second day at no charge to fix a section that had been missed due to a misunderstanding. I can definitely recommend the Mould Pro team!

I had the guys from Mould Pro Brisbane come out to my place as I found a serious mould issue that had occurred in the wall cavity behind my shower. I was so stressed out as I have young children I didn’t really know who to turn to as I knew mould was very bad for your health. I was recommended to call Mould Pro Brisbane and as they are also qualified builders they quickly attended my house to cut out and disposed of all the mould contaminated materials. The good thing about dealing with Mould Pro is that because they are a one stop shop, they also dealt with all the relevant trades to rebuild my bathroom. To ensure their works were completed property they engaged an independent IEP to conduct clearance testing to which passed and I was issued with a clearance certificate and copy of the report. I wouldn’t hesitate referring Mould Pro Brisbane to anyone with a mould or water damage issue.

I contacted this company because of the positive reviews - my experience is the polar opposite. After 3 calls to them and promises to contact me to book a time, I'm still waiting.The last time I said that I was OK to wait, but to give me an accurate idea of how long it would take. I was told to expect a call the next day. That was 1 was 8 days ago.... still no call.

Mould Pro said they had finished but left mould in the wall because they did not cut the wall high enough, they did not apply a final coating, argued amongst themselves, left moisture in beams, caused damage to my wall and denied it was them and mould was still in the areas they did treat.

I paid a micro biologist to come and test what Mould Pro had done and paid another mould company to fix the above.
