We called in to enquire about the Regal caravan. The guy who came to us was totally uninterested and couldn't answer any of our questions, including price. Very disappointing.

Unbelievably poor service. They had my van for over 6 weeks and didn't know what to do with it. All I wanted was an awning put on it. They would NEVER answer the phone and would not respond to my daily messages I left. In the end I had no choice but to have the van picked up and taken to a place in Inverell. The workshop in Inverell is so professional and they know exactly what they are doing. Such a different experience. I have never encountered anything like Betts in my life!
