Cannot thank enough to Dr. Emma , Dr. Jim & the team for saving our 4 month old puppy Xander boy!Timely laparotomy surgery and persistent post operation care and management for acute renal injury , going above and beyond . Knowledgable, super friendly and Great listeners , provided owner centred care .Flexible in letting Xander come home for nights. Great outcome - our gorgeous Xander boy is back with family playing , eating , drinking and sharing love .

Dr Jim and Dr Emma take care of all of our health checks, microchips, vaccinations and reproductive needs, we would be lost without them!
Not only are they great at what they do, they have a genuine love for animals and that really shows through their work.

I have only recently started going to Woolgoolga Vets on a recommendation, and I am so happy I made the switch! Fantastic vet clinic! Dr. Jim and Dr. Emma go above and beyond to make sure that your pets are receiving the best care possible. They are so compassionate and extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely love animals, which is so evident on every visit. Big shout out to the reception staff and nurses, who are always so lovely and helpful. I wouldn't take my dogs and cats anywhere else now and wish I had come sooner.

If I could give more stars I would. The staff here are some of the most compassionate people I have come across. The care they gave our beautiful boy was absolutely amazing. Can't recommend them enough.

We have been holidaying up here at woolgoolga and our black pug Tilly was 13years old she became very unwell .we cannot thank the lady’s enough for everything they did for us and making our decisions better.our beautiful girl passed away in our arms but the care that these girls took was unbelievable.

Absolutely beautiful and caring staff, the Veterinarians, AND the reception staff. Unlike other clinics in the area which shall remain nameless, Woolgoolga Vet Clinic staff genuinely care about both you, and your pet. You are not seen nor treated as just a number and a paycheque.

Going here and having seen and had experience with both Veterinarians, I can confirm that they have a deep love and care for animals. While at an appointment, they take into account your pets feelings, doing everything they can to make them feel comfortable and safe.

This is getting way too long so I’ll just end it by saying I seldom ever write reviews about businesses, mostly due to laziness. But this is a business I just felt compelled to write a review for, as I really need those in our area (and people visiting) to be made aware of just how beautiful this little clinic is.

In the past I've gone to the bigger Veterinary Clinics, but recently started going to Woolgoolga Vet Clinic on recommendation from a friend. The smaller practice gives a more personal experience, with mostly the same staff there so I've got to know them all quite quickly. They are all very friendly and caring and Jim and Emma are passionate about what's best for the welfare and health of my dog. It's a pleasure to go in and be greeted by all their friendly faces. I can absolutely recommend the team at Woolgoolga Vet.

My cat has had many issues over the years & ive tried all the big named commercial vets they lack passion for the animals & manipulate your emotions to spend spend spend its all about mulla.....thats the difference at Woolgoolga Vet Clinic. Dr Jim and his vet nurses are completely different the welfare and best interest of the animals comes first with the knowledge that money doesnt grow on trees...& the ratings prove im not the only one who feels that way. So happy to find such a honest & genuine vet.

We are very fortunate to have Dr Jim and his wonderful staff looking after our animals. We have never met a vet who truly cares so much for animals and is honestly genuine about their welfare. It is not about the money with Dr Jim it is about the welfare and care of the animals. Our dogs are so excited to arrive they just about knock the door down!!. If it was not for Dr Jim our dog would have been blind years ago, no thanks to the other vet we were seeing at the time!!! We cannot recommend Dr Jim and the girls at Woolgoolga vet clinic highly enough. Thank you so very much. Do not go anywhere else if you truly care for your pets.

We were holidaying up this way and our JackRussell x Foxie (Max) became lame - Dr. Jim diagnosed and treated expertly and Max was back to his normal self in no time ! Great service and real care for our dog, if we need any vet care while up this way in the future we know where to come !

Best vet in woolgoolga! Jim is extremely knowledgable and always good with my dog. He is well priced and reasonable when it came to my dog being hit by a car on a friday at 5pm. He stayed all night operating on him! The staff are also always very friendly and make going to visit him a pleasure! I highly recommend! (I have been to a lot of vets with my dog, probably over 10 all over the country) jim is my favourite!
