Ok so I only review generally when it's great service or totally apalling... John at Reece Hornsby..... awesome. Thanks John for assisting today with our Thermann HWS warranty call. Waiting for the fix but I hope all will be well !
On the whole any time I visit reece or need their help they are very dependable and provide exceptional customer service. I know some say they can be a bit expensive but the old adage you get what you pay for is so very true. Thanks John for your awesome customer service :)
