Had some beautiful hybrid flooring installed. Mike and his off sider were both absolutely lovely, helpful people and they did an amazing job!!! I would absolutely recommend this company for flooring.

I just had our home renovation done a week and half ago - hard floor upstairs and downstairs, new carpet for the stairs, by Hornsby flooring extra team. The job was very beautifully finished, thanks a lot to Glen for his thoughtfulness and professional recommendations: the townhouse upstairs has a lot of angles needs pay attention to details, Glen has got the best team for the work and it’s done beautifully without issues. The day of carpet installation Glen drove to my home to inform me the time of installation as I wasnt contactable due optus outage. Thank you so much Glen! Yesterday Hornsby Flooring Xtra completed installation of our new kitchen floor. From first contact with Luke to final installation by Kye, we have been delighted with every step of the process. We are more than happy to recommend this fabulous local company. You will not be disappointed.

I would like to commend Glen for his caring and thoughtful attitude when we were going through a stressful period as our dishwasher flooded our kitchen and damaged our kitchen and dining flooring and our lounge carpet. The insurance company was taking a very long time( 9 weeks)to process our claim and needed constant reminders at every step. So we decided to give our business to our original carpet and flooring installer - Hornsby Flooring Xtra. Glen was very helpful throughout the process. He helped to source similar products to what was previously installed and really expedited the process. Although they normally take 40% deposit, Glen took only 20% deposit as our insurer had not paid us and we had to pay using our own funds to get the ball rolling. It has been a freezing winter and we were not enjoying staying inside our home with no carpet or flooring. But once we got Hornsby Flooring Xtra involved, Glen was compassionate and understood our predicament. He ordered the materials promptly & kept us informed every step of the way. He even called me back on his day off. Hornsby Flooring Xtra completed the flooring and carpet installation in only two weeks. We cannot thank Glen enough for all his hard work and showing us that there is still some humanity and kindness in this world. Thank you so much Glen and his team.

Another happy customer! As per other reviews, I experienced excellent service from Luke at Hornsby Flooring Xtra. He listened to my requirements and took the time to visit my house with suggested samples, and even made recommendations on the small details, like which way the floor boards should be laid to improve the flow of the space, and which skirting would look good. He was also more than happy for me to keep hold of some samples, so I could see them in different light. Even after I paid a deposit and then had to wait 6 months until my new kitchen was installed, I never got any pressure from Luke and felt supported.

When it came time for installation, I was also very happy with the knowledge and experience of their installer, Dan. He gave me honest advice about the pros and cons of different levelling methods, allowing me to make an informed decision. The final installed product (Godfrey Hirst Hybrid XL) both looks and feels amazing, and I'm incredibly glad I trusted the job to Luke and his team. I highly recommend Hornsby Flooring Xtra, and would definitely use them again.

Luke from Flooring Xtra did a brilliant job of advising on the replacement floating floor and new carpet for our entire home. The result is stunning and we couldn't be happier. He and Andrew the floor layer always advised us of the details along the way and the communication was highly professional. The finish has transformed our house. I had the hybrid flooring and carpet supplied and laid by the Flooring Xtra team from Hornsby. Abbas and Youseff were the installers and Leigh and Glenn at the store at Hornsby helped us select products as per our requirement. The professionalism and efficiency of the team of staff was excellent. The hybrid installers helped move our furniture , gave advice on the little matters including layout, tidied up the skirting boards for us to neaten up the job and most importantly was always ready to make adjustments as per our request with a smile.

We did our homework before we committed to a decision on flooring. We decided on a high quality vinyl tile. We requested a number of quotes so had an idea of the ball park to expect. Doug came around to see us and chat about our ideas, measured up and was the only person that considered our laundry waste and questioned the outcome. He then discussed this with his installers and reassured us on the detail of how it would work and that it would be successful. He also spotted that the sample we had which we thought was a different (more expensive) tile, was actually a less expensive one. This affected the final price of course. Once the cabinetry was in we worried that the kickboards would be a problem. He came around and checked it out - again very thoughtfully - and took the 'problem' away to his installers to consider. Again, no real problem. Doug's team came while we were away on leave and completed the whole job - hallway, kitchen, back room and laundry - and did it beautifully. We highly recommend Doug as a thoughtful, considerate, energetic, honest, enthusiastic and intelligent supplier who looks after you. Thanks Doug!

Great experience with knowledgeable staff, we had new carpet and hybrid installed in our home. Luke in the shop helped us through every step of the process and was fantastic, also Luke in the warehouse was a delight to deal with. The installers who came out to my home were fantastic and did a great job. 5/5 experience.
