Casey's Toys Erina

We love this shop. We normally order online but yesterday, we visited the store in Erina and it was such a pleasant experience. The staff was so friendly. One of the staff, he made extra effort to engage with our boys and talked about their Lego's creation. This kind of service is very applaudable nowadays. This is why we always prefer a family own busy as they always have better connection to their customers. Thank you Casey's Toys Erina team for a lovely experience.

In the mayhem of Christmas this was a wonderful experience. Plenty of staff, clean store, easy to locate what we were looking for. Marci was very approachable and helpful. Allowed us to buy what we needed in a breeze. Big difference to our experience at Big W or Toymate. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Casey Toys for years. Marcia has always been so helpful with helping me choose birthday gifts for my children’s friends! Great selection of toys and games!

Casey's toys Erina team are so friendly and helpful. I was looking for particular items from assorted stock and I called many Casey's toys shops to do a phone order. The girl who helped me, and also the manager, both of them were amazing. They were the most friendly and helpful of all the shops I called. I highly recommend this shop.

Just went shopping at Casey’s for one gift. This store is amazing with absolutely every toy you can imagine. I was greeted at the door and directed to the isle I needed. I ended up buying 5 extra gifts to put away for other occasions. They also offer a wrapping station. It was very quick and easy fast check out happy helpful staff and easy out the front parking. You absolutely have to go to this store no matter what your age

Had a desire to get back into a childhood hobby, and had a week... Sacha and two other members of the team in the remote control area... were AMAZING!!! Answered all my questions, but even more importantly, REMOTE control objects need detailed information to MAKE IT WORK, and these guys took the time and more importantly make sure I have everything I needed to make it work!

So grateful and my project worked... first time! More childhood projects to come!!!

Awesome toy shop.. reminded me of the old school toy shops. Awesome Lego sets, and everything else you could imagine. Awesome staff and super friendly with our kids. Definitely my go-to toy store in the future!!!

What a gem. Ventured in for the first time and was most impressed. Staff actually greeted me, were most helpful & friendly, toy range was great and prices very reasonable. Wish I discovered this place earlier!

Staff at the Erina Caseys Toys store were excellent. The call and collect process was super easy, and they were really accomodating in helping me choose shades of model paint through the window and then calling to pay. Excellent service while keeping us all safe. Well Done! I shall be back soon.

Highly recommend. Used Call and Collect today to buy some lego to keep the kids minds occupied during lockdown. The process was so simple and the staff were so friendly to deal with and really know their products. Thanks Casey’s Toys @ Erina.

This store is a real gem. It’s huge with a really decent range of stock for kids and adults. I loved their massive range of good strategy and educational board games. Also huge range of good quality toys for kids to play with and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy.

Great variety of toys and unbelievable service. The ladies working here go above and beyond to help out and keep the kids happy. After visiting today my 3 year olds whole day was turned around thanks to the ladies at Caseys Erina.

Always a nice place to visit. The parking is conveniently located just outside the store (no shade though).There is always a staff member to help. The selection of toys is really great. For Christmas the space at the back of the store is transformed into a Christmas shop with fantastic variety. There is also a car, train and plane model section with plenty to choose from. At the front of the stores as you walk in there are marked down toys aka bargains! A much nicer toy shop inside than it appears outside :)

The staff are always helpful and friendly with a well laid out store, stocking a great range of toys at good prices. Special mention to Marci for your help sourcing stock from another store - really appreciate it . That's one of the reasons we keep coming back!

Brilliant Service! I walked into Casey’s Erina the other day to find something for my grandson. I was cheerfully greeted and assisted by a staff member and found what was perfect for him in the lego section.

Today I rang the store from far North Queensland, as our little Granddaughter is in Gosford Hospital. Marci, the Store Manager went out of her way to help, by sending me photos of toy options for us to send Isabelle.
Then on making our decision, Marci kindly wrapped the gifts in beautiful paper. It is so special when people do that little bit extra.
