The Lighting Collective have the most beautiful range. I have had frequent contact with their staff members, all of who have been so warm and helpful. Love sharing TLC with friends and family. My best friend even drives up from Tasmania to pick up bespoke and fragile lights. And their showroom! Definitely worth a visit. It really allows you to see how the lights will look like when installed at home. Thank you so much.

The team at The Lighting Collective have been incredible, taking photos and offering friendly support whenever needed. We were interested in their Australian Porcelain lights in a green colour and were able to work closely with one person that enabled us to order without seeing the lights. The lights were excellent value and arrived well packed, they bring a soft warm light into the kitchen. The sage/pine colours are perfect and when they are on we know the day is over and a sense of calm arrives in our busy house.

I ordered a pendant from these guys and was happy with the product however it had a scratch on the interior. I emailed them to discuss it and they were more than happy to send me a replacement at no extra charge which arrived within a couple of days, they even allowed me to keep the damaged pendant to gift to a friend. Great service and can definitely recommend!

Very pleased with the helpful friendly shopping experience at Lighting Collective. The sales support was excellent, they let me know that there was going to be a delay with my delivery and offered me the option to change my order if I wanted. I have purchased many lights over the years and the lights these guys offer are by far the best. The one I purchased is just wonderful!!! A light touch of the finger tip and it is on. It has a long cord making it easier to move to the location that bests suits you in the moment. I use it next to my sewing machine and then turn it to light up my large ironing board when I get up to press. I cannot imagine how I have survived without it. I would buy another in a second.
