Andrew's Airport Parking - Melbourne

First time we have used them and the staff were friendly and helpful and the service was great! The driver, Jim was on time, friendly and efficient and even ensured safety of our daughter by insisting on a booster seat for her. ☺Will definitely be using them again!

We use Andrews Airport parking everytine we go away! Its so easy, they are kind and lovely drivers and just makes going to the airport a breeze, and the best thing is theres No waiting around! You can also get your car serviced and or cleaned whilst there! Highly recommend this company!

We could not recommend Andrew’s Airport Parking more. Their service is simply outstanding - ALWAYS. You never need to wait for more than a few minutes, if any at all, for the shuttle bus to take you to and from the airport. The drivers put your bags in and out of the bus. We were recently travelling with our toddler and are always worried about her safety and having to take her car seat, but AAP have car seats in all shuttle buses which they quickly install when you need it. The driver Jim was a friendly and lovely man who happily chatted to us on the way to the airport.

Cannot thank the team at andrews airport parking enough. Extremely helpful drivers who are always bubbly and happy to help, and always up for a laugh and a chat. If I could give 100000 stars I would. Definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else and will continue to use Andrews for future travels. Amazing customer service. 100/10!

Used Andrews for the first time after swapping from another provider. In short they are brilliant. Friendly drivers who go beyond - ie stupid me who left iPhone in my car the driver took me back to Andrews then rushed me back to the airport. I will be using from now on. Reception staff are brilliant as well.

I wasn’t driving with Andrew’s airport parking today but was on a transfer with Mantra due to a cancelled Virgin flight. I feel the need to comment on how incredibly kind and helpful one of the men from the Andrews service was, I’m only sorry I didn’t find out his name. But while waiting for our Mantra bus he checked on us and when the incredibly rude and abrasive driver of Mantra arrived, he went out of his way to help us and when the Mantra driver was so rude bringing me to tears he helped us with our bags and gave me a hug. The world needs more people like this.

Only had the greastest experience with AAP.
Also Jim the driver is fabulous. He really is the best abd every company needs a great humble worker like himself. Definitely needs a pay rise. Thanks JIM. we will be back again .

We left our car here for 8 days and it was exactly how we left it. Tranfers to and from the airport pretty much straight away and without fuss. Only 5 mins from airport if that. My son left his ipad in the car and it was no probs for me to catch a lift back to the yard, grab it and then go back to the airport. If we fly out of Melbourne again we’ll leave our car here again.

Great place to leave your car. Offers safe and secure parking at competitive prices. Drop-off staff and drivers are great to deal with. Fast drop off's and pick-ups.

I always use Andrews Airport Parking. It's simple, fast, cheap and easy....super easy.

They have lots of shuttles, and it's really easy once you've cleared customs to hit their website and call for a pick-up.

This time the van pulled up literally as we were walking up. Couldn't be happier with their service.

Only dropping my hire car off here but the service was great. A lovely lady called Aseel (hope I spelled that right) offered to take my recycling bottles home and promised she would make the effort to recycle them. Fabulous!

Super easy to use. Alicia was our shuttle bus driver and gave us great service with her thoughtfulness and kindness.

Have used Andrew's a couple of times over the years and very happy with their customer service and facilities. Proximity to Melbourne airport and frequent shuttle drop off and pick up are also big advantages.
They also offer additional services such as car wash and maintenance which I haven't used personally but can see it being useful when needed.
Highly recommend!

We found Andrew’s great as close to airport, have a shuttle bus to transfer to airport and when arriving back to pick up car , was ready when arriving, extra services , car wash, ect good rates always had excellent service

We’ve used Andrews for every trip for the past 18 months and won’t be going anywhere else ever again as their customer service has gone above and beyond in our experiences. Particularly their staff, as no problem is too much trouble to help resolve, even though it’s not even their problem.
They are caring, honest people and we very much appreciate the extra mile they go to for their customers.

Great customer service at Andrew’s parking. Brenton was particularly helpful getting my luggage sorted from car to bus. Very safe driver who ensured I knew where the pickup point was for my return trip. I have used Andrew’s on a number of occasions and will continue to do so.

1st time users. Very happy to leave our vehicle while travelling overseas. Reception staff were friendly, and it was a fuss free process. The mini bus dropped us at the airport and collected us when we returned. It was efficient & convenient and will use the company again.
