Fantastic array of products. Knowledge and helpful staff. Had an issue with a swager and it was replaced without examination or questioning. A great experience. If I ever do another fence I know where I will be heading to first.

The seller was exceptionally helpful. I bought some wire to test to see if it would work for my specific need. As it didn't work for my unique purpose the seller gave me a full refund without me requesting one. The seller did not need to do this as I chose to test the wire even though the seller doubted it would work but I wanted to take the gamble regardless. The seller was very thoughtful and generous.

Well I did at Low Cost Wire .

The job was a 'nothing job' just $24 worth .. but the service I got ..you'd think I was spending $1000's !!!

From the first phone call where I left a message to ACTUALLY getting a return call .. and then the confidence that I'd ACTUALLY found someone who UNDERSTOOD my needs .. which was to fabricate a cable to repair a wheelchair ramp.

I travelled over 60 kilometres each way passing numerous 'other suppliers' and would gladly bypass them all again to go to Scott at Low Cost Wire.

Mine was a small job - but having seen what he can do .. if I had a BIG job, there's no else I'd even talk to.

Without shadow of a doubt, we would recommend Scott at Low Cost Wire. We have had a few recent cases of outstanding service and Scott is on the equal "top rung" of those experiences.

In this day and age of everything being on-line, it is all-too-easy for suppliers and sellers to take the default option of working "'on-line" and to overlook the importance of speaking with customers.

For those disillusioned with the absence of "real" service, visit Scott and his team - you will not be sorry and more importantly, you will drive away with a wealth of selflessly provided information that can not possibly harm your chances of being successful.

We really wish the business could diversify as the standard of service could be so well placed in so many other industries !!!!!

I want to inform everyone about a positive experience I had with Low Cost Wire. Scott Stacey and his team went out of their way to advise and guide me through a project I had in mind, even spending his own time drawing up a procedure for me to follow. Sometime later when I had decided not to go ahead with my project and suggested that I return most of the goods for a reduced rate so as not to muck Low Cost Wire around; Scott Stacey instead offered a full refund and said that it was “no problem at all” and “just part of the service”; even though there was no chance of repeat business (as it was a one off project for me). I have never encountered such high business ethics. I do not know Scott personally and have not even met him; only dealing with him over the phone. The invoice date was 30/10/14. Invoice no. M3302. I wish Scott Stacey and his company all the best for the future. We need more companies and people like Low Cost Wire & Scott Stacey in this world. I hope they can win some type of business award.

What a fantastic online company to deal with. The owner Scott is a Canadian, and to this date, I haven't met one that I didn't like! They bent over backwards to help me with some wire that I needed. If you go anywhere else for this type of hardware you are crazy. Thanks Scott for all of your help and advice.

After doing lots of searching I found Low Cost Wire had the best prices for the products I needed. The ebay store is fantastic. I had trouble checking out through ebay but was able to contact Scott on the phone. He was able to process the order I wanted over the phone and provide me any advice I needed. He couldn't have been more helpful. I have used Low Cost Wire products before and will continue to promote this company to anyone needing wire supplies.

I am very impressed by this company. Excellent advice to get me going on my wiring project, then good prices and fast delivery. Then the hydraulic swager they supplied started to run out of steam half way through the project, and I only asked about servicing it, but they sent a replacement by return. You can trust this company.

Great products and huge range. Exactly what we needed. Scott is so willing to help and give advice on what is needed for your project. Even when I tried to do it myself and ordered the wrong stuff, Scott recognised this and phoned to correct what I required. What a legend!
