Feels like a miracle of a store. Prices are very good. I felt completely at peace while sampling a large range of iems and earphones. Thanks to this time, I came out knowing more about my own preferences for sound than I did going in.

Needed a replacement set of earpads for my (relatively niche) Audeze headphones. Alan was able to get stock from another ATA location super quickly, and even fitted them for me (which is a pain, you need to scrape off the old glue and line everything up very precisely). Amazing customer service and a really neat shop with some beautiful hi-fi kit - couldn't recommend these guys more highly.

Walked in the store Friday afternoon.
Explained what I wanted and was cheerfully and with no condescension given 4 or 5 options for a Music casting addition.
I left with a Yamaha WXC-50 device that I have now plugged in and am enjoying immensely.

Just wanted to say that Daniel is absolutely excellent at his job. Bought a hifi system and record player all based on his recommendation and knowledge tailored to what we needed. Then when I was having some issues with connecting it to my TV he went above and beyond to make sure I resolved the issue and was available for multiple phone calls after sale. Excellent service, give the man a promotion!

Walked into the store with no prior knowledge of audio, straight the way being warmly greeted by a nice gentleman called Daniel, using his professional knowledge of audio to educate me, went way beyond what I could have expected from a staff in audio store, giving you remarkable experience and you are getting way more than just the product, with a really lovely shopping experience. He took the time and patient to explain in every single detail and educate me in a way I could understand what I am getting and what do I really want. Once again thank you Daniel for your service and I will come back for more.

I am really impressed with Sydney (Newtown) Addicted to Audio. Very professional staff. Friendly, cheery and chatty, but no high pressure stuff - just spot on. Headphones and related equipment were available to sample for my resent purchases without pressuring to purchase without time to think. The staff worked well together to meet the outcomes in the best possible way. Shoutout to Lawson who helped me choose the best options and avoid the pitfalls I may have experienced in the future. After online research on the Fiio R7, and then looking for the best price I came across Addicted to Audio. I completed an online purchase, and as soon as it was submitted, I received an email every step of the way keeping me informed(payment, packing, posting & tracking reference & delivery). This was completed in a timely manner, receiving the package under 4 days from payment.

I've purchased so much online over the last 10 years that I actually forgot what quality service is.
This crew have it going on.
Straight away your greeted , made to feel welcome, and they will absolutely give you all of their attention as soon as they can.
They have some amazing products and aren't afraid to demo it for you.
Not once was there a hint of pressure for an immediate purchase and from the experience I had I will now go to them first for any and all of my hifi products.
I should also add, this was for a purchase of a $500 Dac. Hardly a purchase to expect to be placed on a VIP list, but from the moment I entered until i left the service I received was what I would expect if I just dropped $80k on a set of speakers.
They had customers in the store sampling 🎧 and they looked well relaxed. Not 20 secs , but they were going through albums or sets.
It takes quite alot to impress me these days, but this store has absolutely got it going on!

Visited the store to try out some headphones. Staff dropped me into a listening booth with a nice DAC/AMP combo and let me fiddle around with as many headphones as I wanted. Really excellent experience and definitely a huge bonus being able to test the headphones using proper equipment.

Had a small hiccup with the wrong pair of headphones being sold to me, however Arthur contacted me immediately and went above and beyond what I expected to resolve the problem. Thank you to Arthur, Peter, and Connor. Will definitely be back to buy my next pair of headphones.

I have been walking past this shop for years and dreaming of buying a great amp and speakers.
Time to stop dreaming and do! I decided to make it happen because life is too short, and should be enjoyed where you can!
I was helped by the whole team who took the time to help me explore the options available.
Luke took the time to arrange several speakers for me to listen to and compare, even arranging for the speakers I was interested in, to be sent to the store from interstate.
Every time I contacted the shop, all the team were helpful and up to date on the process of my purchase. I never felt pressured, and all the team were able to answer my queries and were knowledgeable about the products.
Luke was flexible and accommodated delivery requests, and now I am happily enjoying the finest sound coming from quality products, and ‘feeling’ the music as well as hearing it!
I would not hesitate to pop in to the shop, and check out the wide range of options and quality products, and I would bet, you too can have the sounds from imagination a reality in your own home!

Highly recommended store, range of items in stock and very accomodating staff. I bought a pair of dac/amp and audeze headset from this store after trying out a couple of iem during my visit. The staff there Alan is very accomodating that he let me try out a couple of items even if its already late in the evening after office hours actually. Ended up coming back to buy another set of dac/amp and headphone as my partner wanted a set for herself as well.

Alan Tan has been so helpful in helping me to select the NAIM system, Focal speakers, and the Yamaha AV Receiver. He is such a nice person to deal with, and always very prompt in answering all my questions. If any of you is looking for a sound system, head straight to him and I am sure he will be very happy to guide you through like myself.
