Great spot , parking around corner but is limited, couple spots in the yard. Staff are super friendly and professional, any questions you have about sea food they got you covered. New and used ski's for sale. Great shop with all the latest on show.

The new sales experience is important but I believe the ongoing service is paramount and Brisbane Sea-Doo look after you way after the initial sale is made. I recently had an issue that was out of warranty but rather than just walking away they worked through a solution that was beyond my expectations, thanks Nat and the great team.

I have not experienced such terrific customer service in a long time. Ross, Natalie and everyone we have dealt with from Sales, Servicing and Warranty have bent over backwards to help us every time and that's why we are currently in the process of purchasing our third ski from them. True customer service, they have a great product and back it up with the service!

I have to recommend! 10 out of 10 for me. I have had my ski serviced numerous times (when they had a free spot at short notice - as I am shocking at planning ahead) the quality of service has been spot on. Even whilst looking at the new range of seadoo's on offer I have nothing but positive things to say. I have to give respect to a business that goes out of their way to look after me as a customer. I could of been ripped off numerous times as other businesses in the past have done, it is nice to know that is not the case with these guys. The prices are good also 👍

I came in on Wednesday and was browsing some used skis , (my mate was the one on crutches).

Craig came over and was exactly what you want representing the brand , awesome product knowledge and a really great bloke to chat with and get a better understanding of SeaDoo. I have previously owned Yamahas, I really wanted to purchase a ski from Craig as he was fantastic to deal with and felt very confident that I would be looked after.

At the last minute a family friend offered me their near new ski for a ridiculous price and decided that would be my best option value wise.

As a former General sales manager in the Automotive industry with prestige brands , Craig absolutely ticks every box in what you want as a great salesman who you actually want to buy from... people buy from people... And if didn't get offered a 15 model GTR 215 for a single figure price then I would absolutely be buying off Craig .

I will definitely be bringing my ski to your dealership for all services and everything else.

Recently bought a jet ski, couldn’t be happier with the jet ski and the service that was provided.

Craig the sales manager was all over the detail in regards to jet ski and has continued to support me through all questions post sale. Top bloke.

Stefaan was absolutely great to deal with, he helped me out big time and was very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place 100%.

I went here today to have my F3S Daytona serviced (25,000k) and a new rear tyre fitted. The guys noticed on inspection there was moisture and condensation in the brake reseviour so they bled out the brake lines. I had a courtesy bike to ride today, a Ryker 600 LAMS and they fun, different, might need to try the 900 Rally.. BEEstY even got washed.
