Tan Thanh Restaurant

I can’t recommend this place enough. Tan Thanh is probably my favorite place to eat, ever. Sometimes I make a trip just to eat here, and I think if I had a last meal on earth, it would be their combination wonton noodle soup.

You don’t come here for fancy atmosphere, or really attentive service - you come here because the food is seriously, crazy good. If you’re a foodie and here for the love of great eats and you’re okay with a T-shirt dress code environment, this is the place you must try.

The menu is ridiculously large and you’ll find something for everyone here. My partners favorite is the combination noodle salad. It’s always fresh and delicious and the soups will make you stop and make an audible “mmmm”. The portion sizes are massive - most things you can probably split between two people. Meals average around the $15 mark.

The next time you’re in the area, make the effort to find this spot. It’s a little hidden down one of the walkways, but you can access it easily from the outside too. I promise you won’t regret it!

We are regulars here - best pho ga and hu tieu noodles in Brisbane. Tri colour drink also amazing- cannot fault this place.

So far the best tasting Pho in Inala. Beautiful rich broth that's very well balanced and generous portion. The place is always busy and pricing is slightly more than other joints but the flavour and quality reflect that. Will definitely be coming back.

It's been a few years since I've been out for traditional Vietnamese soup but I've missed it and I was not disappointed. Tan Thanh had never been flashy but it has always been about the most amazing traditional flavours, generous portions and value for money. There's definitely a family friendly feel with friendly efficient staff, lots of families, and the food comes out so quickly that kids never have time to get grumpy. I had the sliced beef soup and my son had the bbq pork with egg noodle soup. My son is a growing teenager and he couldn't finish his soup because it was so filling.
This is one of my favourite restaurants in all of Brisbane and I'll keep on coming back.

Fabulous pho Tai, very reliable Vietnamese opposite probation and parole office. Down a lane straight out of old Hanoi. Sights, smells, multicultural abounds. Do your self a favour and visit the 'civic center' before it is too late and the hardware stores with hand made brooms and enormous pots are gone. This is truly an experience like you have walked into Saigon and if you stumble into TanThanh you will be lucky. Quick before it is Cotton On. The gentrified Kind and courteous Vietnamese have lent us their culture and fragrant soup, succeed own property and nice cars. Their children will not run authentic pho houses or hardware. Don't miss it!

The pho soup base was nice and sweet plus portion sizes are quite large. Good value for what you get, plus it’s one of the few places surprisingly open after 6pm on a Sunday in the area.

Consistently good over the years, it's such a great casual restaurant. Lovely to see families enjoying the excellent food. I think it has gotten better over time. Bring cash - you have to respect a business that sticks to traditions.

Never disappoints. Coffee frappe is da bomb I have been going here since the 1990's it is often a go to for me and now my children we all love. Service can be hit and miss and they bring your order out all giggly piddly but still the most amazing tasting Pho my only wish is they brought back the coriander for the soup.

An excellent Vietnamese restaurant at the Inala Plaza Shopping Center. This place is very clean and popular among the shoppers. They have a good range of products at reasonable prices. Food comes in a reasonably fast way. Staff are friendly. Can pay by cash or card, but if you pay by card there is a surcharge.

One of the best Vietnamese restaurant around Inala, beef pho noodle, broken rice combination, banh mi, 3 ice kacang, avocado smoothies all are very good.

Very recommended if you live around Inala and looking for a good Vietnamese food.

It served fairly quick but the location around Inala are not the cleanest.

Whenever the wife and I feel like Vietnamese for Saturday lunch the first place we think of is Tan Thanh in Inala. We both love this place and have been visiting since we were dating. We order number '47' Pork, Spring rolls and noodles and a refreshing tri-colour ice drink. Come and try it you'll be very satisfied! The service is fast and awesome!

Vietnamese Soup Noodles are always good. Beef Pho, Bun Rieu, Bun Bo Hue and Poached Duck with Mung Bean Noodles

My Vietnamese friend brought me here. Had their beef soup noodles. Tastes ok. There were other Vietnamese dining in, so I guess it tastes like something they get back at home

This place had a delicious and well priced selection of pho and spring rolls and fresh drinks. I will be coming back.

Their jackfruit and avco smoothie are the best. Combination rice noodles and rice paper prawn and pork are prefect in summer.

I ordered beef special pho, spring roll and rice paper rolls. Beef was tender and huge portions😋 always delicious!!!

You have really hit the jackpot with the combination wonton egg noodle soup. All kinds of surprises nestled amongst the springy egg noodles: wontons, finely slide BBQ pork, prawns, squid, fish cakes and even a quail egg! A sprinkling of pork crackling along with fried onion on top was a decadent but appreciated finish. Fresh lettuce side was the perfect crisp treat along side this delicious soup.
Broken rice was beautiful. The egg was soft and all the bits were tender. A simple yet succulent meal. Recommended for anyone who feels like something comforting.
