We had been to the Brisbane Caravan and camping show in 2021 and were all set to buy from another company. Due diligence by my husband we realised we couldn’t tow it legally so we went back to square one and went to Brisbane Camperland where we met James early 2022.
We ordered with James early May 2022 our Jayco Journey Outback 19ft based on brand, service centers, quality product and workmanship, resale value and above all recommendations.
James has been excellent through out the whole process and was very patient with all our questions, concerns and emails. This is our first caravan and a retirement bucket list for my husband.
We picked up our caravan yesterday and Brogan went through the handover with us, another excellent young man who was patient and gave us great advice much appreciated Brogan.
Highly recommend Brisbane Camperland, great company lots of options on site but above all wonderful service from staff.

We had been looking around for about 12 months trying to decide on a caravan / Camper.. we had almost purchased another brand of camper but kept being drawn to the JPods , so we took a trip to Brisbane Camperland and OMG what an awesome experience it’s just like going to a caravan and camping show , so many displays and so much to choose from, anyway we met up with James our sales person who took us through the JPods , we finally decided on the outback model , James was fantastic and very knowledgeable nothing was to much trouble , I would definitely recommend Brisbane Camperland and James to anyone thinking of buying a caravan or camper , I must also thank Jennifer in Finance for her help which was also awesome,, all up a great experience. Thankyou guys for making our decision easy .

Plenty of stock on display definitely found a caravan that suits our needs and wants, John K certainly was most helpful in my quest to find what I wanted and showed me models and availability. Hopefully we will get back early next week to make pur decisions.

My husband and I decided to upgrade our little Jayco to a newer model Journey pop top with an ensuite. We saw the perfect van at Brisbane Camperland's yard. Due to a vehicle upgrade we couldn't pick up the van straight away so it was stored for us for the duration.
Our sales consultant, Joel, was amazing. Right from the time we decided to purchase until pick up day he was very professional, friendly and was happy to answer our questions...and there were a few!!!
A big shout out also to Gary (our handover guy). He was very thorough and informative with all that was required for our handover. There were a couple of adjustments that needed to be made on the van and while the final paperwork was being completed these were rectified.
The staff are friendly and willing to help so I would definitely recommend Brisbane Camperland.

As it is my first jayco van and from odering and handover the customer service has been first class ,any question answered and the sale man sam listen and guided me throught the process and nothing was a problem to him , thanks again Brisbane camperland .

Was given good advice on which van was right for my car. The sales process was very easy. I had lots of questions between sale and delivery as I collected the extras you always needed. Paul was really helpful and an experienced caravanner himself.

Picked up our new Crosstrak a couple of weeks ago. Accolades to Jon Kaufman, our sales consultant, what a champion bloke, no question ever unanswered always took our calls. Also Brogan, our very knowledgeable delivery day guide, made the set up simple and easy to understand, again beaut young bloke. Last, but not least, Janelle and Nicola on the front desk, I feel like they are now my friends. 10 out of 5 stars to these folk. Also Jake and Jas at the Accessories store, 10 stars. We will be back, please assured.

From the very first phone call, which i made quite a few, so thanks to the girls on front desk for getting to know my name quite well.
To the day we drove out with our first brand new Jayco Expanda Outback.
Daniel made the whole "new caravan experience" a real comfortable and enjoyable process. Really easy to get along with and could relate to us well. The surprise gift at the end was very thoughtful.
All the staff are very friendly and the tea and coffee machine got a good work out. Everything was clean and tidy and well presented.
Lovely atmosphere and if you are thinking of buying a van definitely ask for DAN.(Good Bloke). Very much appreciated from Michael, Sue and Family.

An absolutely amazing and carefree purchase. Even though it was a second hand caravan, it was detailed like new. Everything from top to bottom was meticulous, right down to wheel bearings and brakes. The staff are so caring and attentive. The front boot was also detailed. Sales and service was second to none. No after sales service required because they did everything right from the time of purchase. Keep up the great work, ourselves and our family will be back.
