Just new to the area and have now been to the Pharmacy several times. Hang is very pleasant, professional and informative. Would thoroughly recommend this pharmacy.

The owner Hang is amazing she always dose her best And has come along way she is a real hard worker and is an inspiration With her work Ethic her customer service is great and I have never had a problem she dose have to deal with a lot of low life’s in the area but besides that it’s always good thank you Hang You get 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Very rude owner, very unprofessional and place is an absolute trash it smells disgusting from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out. Ask for me to walk out the back where medication is dispensed from to look on her computer screen then when I told her that I wasn’t comfortable doing so as I think it’s illegal, she started being rude ripping my prescription up and telling me she is canceling my order. She acted like this all because I asked if the medication she was giving me was the same as the one on prescription as the one she was dispensing was a lower dosage. Treating sick customers like this is not ok

Be careful, medicine has been marked up considerably. I tried to get a repeat here which was 8 dollars at a normal pharmacy, over here was $14.95. She even had the gull to say it was on 'special'. When i confronted her she replied saying this is her own business not a discount pharmacy.

Absolutely disgusting attitude and makes people wait while she serves "other" people straight away even though you were first every single time when there. Extremely rude and very judgemental. If I could score it a 0 star I definitely would.

50 dollars for 5 RAT tests.
20 at Woolworths for the same thing.

Expensive! Mark up on prescription drugs is ridiculous. Chemist Warehouse or Pharmacy at Richlands Plaza nearby, more than half price of Biota Pharmacy
