Moderate portion sizes that reflect the price, quality ingredients and quick, friendly service. We had the pork san choy bau and the lemongrass chicken stir fry and were very happy with the experience. The deep fried ice cream was absolutely incredible too!!

Had a Lunch special - Crispy Skin Chicken with Rice during a team catch up. Marvelous!. Taste is balanced. Serve is good. Will come back to try Pho and other meals. Recommended.

A nice restaurant with a diverse menu: all of dishes are served in a really nice appearance with the taste "real Vietnam". I've been here quite many times (around 5 times per week) but still can't explore all of dishes here :D but they're all tasty.

Our group really enjoyed our Thursday lunch at Vietnamese House! My chicken curry was delicious! However much smalĺer than other dishes! The spring roll was crunchy & the dim sum was very tasty! THE CRISPY CHICKEN WAS BEAUTIFUL TOO! I highly recommend the $13.00 lunch! Great fast service as well! Well a year later my group went again. My beef satay was awesome. My friend was allergic to onions 🌰 & he ordered another meal & I enjoyed his basil & chilli beef.

First time here. The summer rolls were very nice, both Prawn and Pork.
The Quail was also very nice, though I am not a fan of deep fried food. The main dishes were also substantial, very tasty and flavorful.
We had ordered a Mixed Pho, Fish and Pork claypot and Duck stir fried with Chili and Basil for the 3 of us.
The service and ambiance was also excellent and we really enjoyed our meal there.

Nice clean environment. Service was quick, had to wait for food, but it was worth it.
I was surprised (in a good way) the chicken pieces were boneless.

For lunch time the portions are large, prices reasonable and friendly staff. Not the most authentic Vietnamese food I had in Brisbane but totally worth a visit.

We had some of the dishes here like Vietnamese Special Pho, Crispy eggroll and Bun Cha. Everything was good and they tasted wonderful.

An makes a killer mojito and puts on a good show making it. Depending on how much alcohol you've had before arriving, the mojito can taste like lemonade but trust me, there is alcohol in it.
If you are new to this place and are confused by the full colour menu, try the vegetarian spring rolls as a starter. They are crispy, hot and tasty and you wouldn't know there is no meat. The crispy grilled chicken main makes a fine starter when shared between two. Satay sauce with moist grilled chicken goes superb with the sweet vietnemese salad dressing. If An is chatty, comment on his physique and ask him to flex his biceps, is sure to bring a smile. The Sizzling dishes are iconic for a main with tender thin slices of beef matched nicely to a special fried rice. The chilli in this dish is perfectly adequate for the sweetness. The service is excellent despite the constant door traffic of uber eats pickups. Save room for dessert being the choice of black sticky rice or deep fried ice cream.The black sticky rice is an-believable and finishes the garlic onion vibe with flavours of not so sweet warm coconut black rice and a selection of oriental fruits from downtown Hanoi. Magjc company is of course the essential ingredient in a superb night. Set the stage and An and the team will take care of the rest 😋

Look no further because Vietnam House is the best Vietnamese in Brisbane. Really fresh food and fast service. Succinct menu with popular Vietnamese dishes to choose from. I highly recommend the chicken stir fry with lemongrass chilli sauce. Such a relaxing atmosphere it is a place where you can enjoy lunch or dinner without the expensive eating out fine dining price tag.

We have dined at this restaurant every now and then over the last 10 years normally selecting our “ usuals”. The restaurant is always neat and tidy and well staffed. Last night we spoke with the manager, AN, who recommended some dishes. What a great decision this was. We had for entree steamed dim sum followed by grilled beef salad. Our main dish however was Bun Cha Ha Na - grilled pork with vermicelli. All meals were great but the highlight was our desert which was sticky black rice pudding. We hadn’t tried anything like this for a long time and it was exceptional. It came with ice cream . Vietnam house restaurant is well worth a visit.

Went in for lunch. Got the Crispy chicken Pho and 2 veggie spring rolls as Entree. Spring rolls were hot and crispy with mild flavour, nice with the dipping sauce. The main came with a lot of extras so you could customise to your liking. I put in some of the basil most of the sprouts and a little of the sliced chili. The chicken itself was tender with crispy skin cooked to perfection. The noodles were soft. The broth was light and salty. The ginger sauce on the side was a bit strong but was nice with the chicken dipped in it. It was actually good.

Went here for lunch, was crowded and noisy around that time. Has a good ambience otherwise.
Tried the Veg vermicelli salad with spring rolls and was amazed. Reasonable prices.

Always good food. Great service with a smile and nothing is a problem. Caters well for Vegetarians and Coeliacs
