The lady who booked my appointment was very friendly and helpful with a smile. The optometrist was gentle, knew what he was doing and suggested the correct kind of lenses I needed. Very humble and I had a good experience. Thank you

Couldn't be more pleased with my visit today, exceptional customer service from both Natalie and Tina, who happily answered all of my questions.

Natalie was very transparent about their products and pricing, and went far beyond what I would have expected to help me with choosing a frame and add-ons.

Today I had an appointment at Laubman and Pank optometrist. The optometrist that saw me was so caring and helpful. Gave a thorough explanation of my eye health and prescription. Nothing was too much trouble didn’t rush me through . I will not go anywhere else in the future . Staff on the floor very friendly as well .

I popped into store because I had dropped my glasses and broke the joining. I was hoping they might be able to send them away to be fixed.
But, instead they just replaced the whole frames, so within 30 mins, I had a new pair.

The staff here truly go above and beyond. I made a last minute appointment on a Thursday night for a bit of a sore eye which the optometrist Julie recognised as something more serious than a bit of a sore eye. She was so thorough in examining my eye, wrote me a prescription for appropriate antibiotics and managed to get me an appointment the next day with an opthalmologist. I'm so thankful I came here and received great care by Julie!

Just Like to say a big thank you to staff at this store .I had a bad experience at Brookside store and was ready to go somewhere else but decided to go to Chermside branch. 30 minutes later I had a replacement pair of glasses .
the problem with today's society everyone takes the time to complain (Me included ) but no one takes the time to write a complement.Well this is one time I would like to give praise where praise is due .Professional Polite and understanding and gained one more customer .I have told a heap of people today about my experience and hope Chermside branch get some of them .Once again thank you and stay safe.
