Lions Park

Beautiful park next to the centre of town with a lake teaming with wildlife. There is a few shelters and chairs scattered throughout the park and a toilet block too. Nice place for a picnic or stroll along the path.

Lovely park ! Such well maintained gardens. The little waterfall was lovely.

If you have your walking or running shoes the path along Quart Pot creek is great to explore. Going up stream (east) the path wanders through bush and crosses the creek.

We make a stop here in Lions Park to have a picnic lunch during our day exploring Stanthorpe and apple picking. Really enjoy the scenic view with water flowing in the middle of the park with ducks enjoying cool breezy whether. Area is nice and clean and had ample of space to have our lunch privately with no interactions. Toilets were clean and found parking slots easily even on a long weekend.
