The product I bought broke and I didn't have the receipt..no problem for Jacinta on the service desk. I gave her my purchase details, she printed a new receipt and I re-purchsed. Eric on the tool desk, showed me how to put it together the store was crazy but both staff members were awesome..great ambassadors for Bunnings 👍

This Bunnings has a really good selection of plants for both outdoors and indoors. With a comprehensive range of hardware. Parking can be a bit difficult on Saturday and Sundays unless you plan an early morning visit.

Roses. Plants and the a nice visit by a native animal. Made an out door area…Gates. Tiles. Pots. Plant Stand. Flowers. Bird Bath. Bird Feeder. Solar Spotlights. Bark. Porter’s Paints Dragon’s Eye (red), Timberland (Green), Sundance (yellow) Vegetable patch.

Bunnings at Capalaba is my go-to shopfor anything and everything DIY. The store is well-organized, making it super easy to find what you need. The variety they offer is impressive. For all your hardware needs, this is the place to be!

Searched everywhere for a niche item, every Bunnings “had stock” but could find it, Capalaba were the most helpful and had the stock there also.
Cannon hill is better though :)

Dropped in to get some touch up paint for a damaged tile at a job I'm working on for a client.

My local Australian cultural centre aka Bunnings is pretty darn good always helpful advice and friendly staff.

I wasn’t able to get what I wanted this time around but I will return next week to Bunnings Capalaba to pick up.. Received really good customer service from the staff at Bunnings Capalaba

Went in to get some paint samples (22/07/23) and the bloke working there Zak was absolutely incredible. Super friendly, really helpful, and even helped explain how the paint machine worked to my son. Awesome service 100%

Couldn't be happier with the customer service offered here, it's always quick and easy and you get the occasional sale on the items you want to purchase. I brought a 3m x 3m shed kit $248 cheaper here then what stratco had the same thing for

Staff are trained really well and are knowledgeable in all areas of the store.

I had a bit of a paint colour situation and Zachery from paint was so understanding and extremely helpful with product knowledge as well. He sorted out my error and provided amazing customer service. Another review to Benny who was on Toolshop register who saw the interaction through to the end of sale. So grateful for their understanding and help today.

Went into bunnings to buy a hosecock this friendly young man nathan helped me to find the plumbing aisle and the 20mm hosecock i was looking for.

I want to compliment Brent (Trade Dept but working all over the shop on the day I visited) for the excellent service he provided me during March. He helped sort out screws and bolts for my grandson's birdcage. It was a sweltering day with a staff shortage, and he had a queue of people waiting for assistance; he kept his cool and dealt with everyone super professionally. Thank you, Brent; the birdcage is looking good, Pineapple, the bird, has a lot more space to fly around the cage and take a weekly bath. I was on holiday in Brisbane for a month from Tessa in Melbourne.

My husband bought the equipment he needs for a DIY project at home. Also bought Sausage sandwiches to support a local sports club 😁

Always well stocked unless it's a very popular item. Huge range of products and many different brands of the same item on offer to be able to make a good decision.
The staff as always are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Heaps of parking and centrally located near other shops and centres.

The staff are all friendly, and helpful. They all love the visiting dogs in trolleys, and even have trolley timber for the dogs to sit on!! Make sure you take the pooches to the tool section, the guys in there are mad for dogs
