Visited this place not knowing the issue with my vehicle Dylan was able to diagnose the problem with my vehicle which was not the battery and saved me money! The alternator of my vehicle needed replacing. Dylan is a great asset to this business. Highly recommend him ask for him when you’re here thanks Dylan.

Dylan changed my battery did a great job. They test your existing battery first to make sure it needs replacing. They had a good amount of stock in store. I was able to rock up and get it replaced in a quick time. Staff were professional well mannered. It's the second time id been there. Also take the old battery away and recycle it which for me is a must.

Dylan was more than helpful. Was out with the battery tester as soon as i popped my bonnet. He ran through all my options and their benefits without being pushy. I’ve purchased multiple batteries for various vehicles from Battery World Blacktown and will continue to do so.

The staff here are amazing. I can’t express how happy I was with their customer service. Told me how to make my battery last with charging it and changing my dash cam settings. The 3 men I dealt with were fantastic!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Last minute call out just 20 mins before closing before the long weekend and they sent out a top bloke, Steven. Thought my battery was dead but it was just bad wiring from previous owner. I’m sure most people would say you’ll have to bring it in after the public holiday but he did a quick fix and told me to bring into the shop real quick and he’ll fix up all the wirings for the battery for me. Mind you all the wiring’s were for my reverse camera, UHF, Flood light, Spot lights etc connecting to the battery and it was just a mess. Even after the shop was closed he took the time out of his own time to do a good job and get me safely back on the road again. Thanks brother, will definitely be coming back and referring family and friends. Happy long weekend 👌🏾
