Excellent.
The store is in the middle of a renovation, so some sections are a bit cramped but I was still able to find everything I was looking for and every team member I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was very happy with the service I received.

The on-duty manager Friday the 31st was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great service all round. We found exactly what we needed too...with his help😜

Thank you so much to the IT team Sam and Nigel ... these guys have helped me out on more than one occasion with getting me connected and staying that way. Really helpful and very easy to deal with. Not all of us are IT compliant so their advice is good and they make it easy to understand

Customer experience at Toowoomba store was superb. Service team went out of their way in every aspect of the shopping experience from store to home delivery. Purchased several store stock items of Australian made furniture and every piece was individually wrapped and delivered with utmost care by conscientious delivery staff. Quality Australian made furniture we are proud to call ours!!

Went into the store today to purchase a laptop. The young man that assisted me was very helpful and answered all my questions as I'm not tec savvy.

Wonderful service by extremely pleasant knowledgeable staff. I purchased a washing machine which was so promptly delivered I was doing my washing a couple of hours after buying it. The guys who delivered it hooked it all up for me and took away the packaging. All in all superb service

I always have a good deal when I shop at Harvey Norman Warwick. When I got problem with the fridge I purchase they sent me the technician and when its still not working they replaced it with the new one so pleased with the owner Chris and the staff. Thanks heaps

I has just started my Reno's.
I called in and got the perfect carpet at a great price.
I have a lot more renos to do and all bathrooms and tiles carpet will be through them.

Exceptional piece of customer service this afternoon from Chris and the team. Purchased a new DVD player which came without a HDMI cable. When I called the store to tell them, they sent sent me one out without hesitation.
