Todds were very helpful and delivery was fast.
This turntable is easy to setup and sounds remarkable ! My LP’s sound so much better now. I highly recommend it to anyone. It looks and sounds like a very expensive unit, at this price point I think it will be very popular.

Service was great here. Turned up in the store after finding this unit on the website. Paid on line and walked out of the store 10 minutes later with my CD Player. Added it to my network receiver same day.

I recently ordered some Technics ear buds from Todds. I was very happy to have found these usually hard to find ear buds in stock and available in the colour I wanted but I was even more happy with the price, shipping time and customer support! My experience was great and I would highly recommend Todds HiFi and an added bonus is that you get to support small business!

A family business that really knows its business. Professional staff, great show room, stacks of product knowledge but the best thing about Todd’s - no pressure just genuine interest in meeting the customers needs.

I will be going back to them when I finally upgrade my TV etc.

I purchased a Yamaha A-S301 amplifier online via the Todds HiFi website. I wanted a moderately powerful stereo amplifier (i.e. not surround sound) that sounded good to connect to our TV with a digital optical cable. I am very happy with the A-S301 in that role in terms of sound quality, build quality, ease of use and value for money. The Todds website worked well in allowing me to quickly identify this amplifier as a suitable and recommended option. The price was good and purchase and delivery went smoothly.

101 Customer service from Julio, if you are looking for a salesman that knows what he is talking about Julio is the man. We had a problem and he could hear the issue straight away from our videos and now a happy hubby with his stereo sound 🎤 on point. New speakers 🔊 required after replacing our amp a month ago, 20 years out of our system from Todds 👍 can't ask for much more.

How did you not know about Todd's Hifi before this purchase? To be explicitly clear, the service is well beyond five stars. I would call it exceptional. Todd's went over and above at every turn. Essentially, I ordered the incorrect earbuds; Todd fixed my error immediately. What can I say? Buy from Todd's without hesitation. Plus, the pricing is very competitive. I love these speakers. They look great and sound excellent. They are the perfect the upgrade I was looking for for my new Dolby Atmos Receiver. Todd’s HiFi had the best price by far. Excellent value for money.

I purchased the Technics SL-1210GR on 27 June 23 from the team at Todd's HiFi and couldn't be happier. Communication was first rate with the turntable being posted same day as order and delivery to Far North Queensland occurring 3 days later. The turntable itself is amazing with build quality and sound being exceptional. I have paired the turntable with an Ortofon 2m Bronze cartridge and Audiolab 6000a amplifier and Wharfdale Denton 85th anniversary speakers. Sounds amazing. Definitely would recommend Todd's HiFi to anyone looking for a great HiFi set up, their advice is straightforward and their value of product is exceptional.

Not the fastest to ship, but an awesome deal. Didn't really have to interact with any staff as I bought on the web, however the SALE price was excellent. Would buy from again !

Last week I had the pleasure of purchasing an integrated amplifier from Todds HiFi with Bradd Kelly's assistance.
He is very familiar with the display equipment and was able to readily swap between the substantial array of speakers, amps and inputs to give a very quick and informative comparison experience.
When I was ready to buy Bradd presented me with a price I couldn't refuse.
If you want a good product at a good price with a straight sales person Bradd will be keen to assist.
Todds HiFi was a great experience for me and I trust will be for you.

Always brilliant service and people who know their products. I only buy my Hi-Fi equipment from Todds because they have always advised me on the right component for my system. They have never tried to sell me what I don't need, I trust them completely.

I can't speak highly enough of the terrific service that I received when purchasing my Yamaha multi disc CD player from Todds HiFi. Excellent advice and information on the product from a salesperson who really knew full details of the operation of the unit. I would have no hesitation on consulting ToddsHiFi next time I require any audio equipment.

I purchased a set of NSF160 Yamaha Speakers and I am more than happy, the price was good, the service was excellent. These speakers compliment my TV and audio system and represent value for money.
