Jamie and Nathan from Winning Appliances truly exceeded my expectations during the installation of my fridge. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the moment they arrived. Not only did they efficiently install the fridge, but they also went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up perfectly. They took the time to explain the features and functionality of the appliance, answering all of my questions with patience and expertise. Their friendly demeanor made the whole experience pleasant, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. I highly recommend Jamie and Nathan for any appliance installation needs - they are true professionals who take pride in their work.

Winnings are first class. They know and stock a wide range of the best products. Prices are competitive. Delivery and installation was very professional. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

This is the benchmark of retailing. Well laid out store, attentive staff, product specialists and a customer experience beyond anywhere else in Brisbane. My only concern is the retention of staff for follow up after purchase.

We have had an excellent experience due in total to Ryan Roveda, who was highly informative in product knowledge, honest with recommendations for us, and even managed to exceed our budget expectations. Ryan followed the process all the way from sales to delivery, until every last item was dispatched and received on time for our much anticipated renovation. Five plus stars to Ryan, he is a credit to Winning Appliances.

Five Stars is not enough !!! We have had an excellent experience with Winnings due to Ryan Roveda who we found to be highly informative when it came to product knowledge not only did he work with our budget but at the same time made us feel like we were the most important clients he had !!! After being treated like we were unrealistic by other companies Ryan made us feel comfortable and relaxed … the after sales process was the same it was so important to us to be treated well and thanks to Ryan our experience was ten stars ! Thank you Winnings for have such great staff they are a credit to you !!

We had an amazing experience with Winning, from the moment we entered the show room up to the time of installation everything was top shelf. We were totally renovating our kitchen and with all projects like this there are some sort of hiccups, with our dealings with the Winning sales people these were extremely minimal and when something did crop up it was rectified as quickly and efficiently as possible. Would definitely recommend.

We have shopped at Winning Appliances several times over the last few years and have always found Jonathan to be knowledgeable and someone of the highest integrity. He would provide honest advice that would take the stress out of product selection. Communication around delivery was timely with the delivery guys always willing to unpack and take the boxing away with them. If you want a stress free experience see Jonathan!

Actually fantastic service! Great customer support. We enjoyed in most of our interactions with them. The truth is that even the staff members are not aware how helpful and awesome they are! When they speak with you they keep saying no guarantee! And they don't want to commit to anything! But actually they are way better than what they come across. Highly recommend them.

We bought a Siemens oven from Winning Appliances. The oven is amazing, exactly what I was after with the functions and how well it matches our kitchen.

AMAZING service, we had delays after delays with our build. The Winning Team were incredible gracious, holding the stock for us for lengthy period and then when being delivered we had terrible weather and a muddy building site. The delivery team was incredible and laughed and dealt with it all. THANKS Winning Appliances. You've rocked. :)

The team at Winning were a pleasure to deal with and reminded me exactly what Customer Service is all about. Following my online order I received a call from James at Winning to confirm the order, update me on some potential discounts and work through the delivery process with me. Very personal service. The delivery process was also a dream, the guys arrived on time, the removal of our old appliances was quick and the install of our new goods was neat and clean.

Overall I have been very impressed with the service from Winning. I'll definitely be recommending them to friends and will use them again myself in the future.

Great service and variety of quality products

Great price on a hard to find Mitsubishi fridge. Delivered on time, by a great team who were friendly, efficient and caring. Hard to fault.

We rebuilt our home in 2020-2021, and furnished our entire kitchen, and laundry with appliances from Winning. Not only did they provide excellent service, inventory, and selection in the middle of the pandemic, but we were lucky enough to work with the best sales person that we have ever come across; Jonathan Browne. When we walked in the door, we had an idea of what we were looking for, but also specific budgetary needs. Jonathan was so incredibly knowledgable, quickly understood what we were looking for, and made fantastic recommendations that fit perfectly within our budget. The entire shopping process was so simple and fast, because he had all the information, recommendations and answers to our questions — it hardly felt like the stressful burden of decisions and choices that come with furnishing a new home from the ground up. The appliances that Jonathan personally recommended have to be our most beloved items in the home — we are constantly raving about them and sharing with our friends and family how impressed we are day after day.

No renovation is without it's challenges, and we did have a leak with our Schmick bar fridge. Jonathan was so on top of it (even responding to my email on a Sunday afternoon to make sure he could help before going out on annual leave). And whilst Bar Fridges Australia (the supplier) was less than helpful, Jonathan, and Winning, went above and beyond to replace the fridge within a weeks' time, two weeks before Christmas.

Truly I have never worked with anyone as kind, passionate and helpful as Jonathan Browne at Winning. I wish everyone would take as much pride and joy in their work as Jonathan does in helping his customers build their homes. We will never buy an appliance from anywhere else in Australia — Winning, and Jonathan, has won our business for life.

I am still very impressed at how I was treated as a customer. Long story short, my order was gonna be late as they had to reorder.

However, I got Regular email updates, options and solutions offered and a few phone calls to let me know they didn’t forget about me!
