Quin is a relatively recent rescue and all indications are that he was a stray, so we had reservations about putting him in the cattery so early in his life with us. We need have had no fears. Quin came home looking as wonderful as a tubby tabby can look. The staff seemed to love him and I received very positive vibes when I rang to check how he was faring. Quin will definitely be holidaying with you again!

We would rate Brisbane Boarding Kennels and Cattery up with the best that we have used. The accommodation Lady Bazza (our cat) is in is very clean and tidy, first class.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating, will answer any questions you may have and will support you if you have any concerns about your pet/s coming to stay with them. We would give them a rating of 5 stars out of 5.

Brisbane Boarding Kennels are amazing! I have a highly anxious dog who has trouble eating away from home and the staff always look after him! We can rest assured knowing he will be happy, well fed and cared for when we go away.

I have always had a prompt & friendly reply when I have enquired if our Rocksie could come & stay. The staff are always friendly & caring of Rocksie & she loves them. I am very pleased with all staff & their care.

We are very satisfied with the care of our pups and professionalism of the team.
We had a meet and great prior to the stay. The team explained about the behaviours that they were looking for in one of our dogs as she has a breed that is known to be aggressive. The team explained how their stay went and were happy to share details about how they interacted with the other dogs etc. 100% recommend. I wish I knew the name of the young lady with long dark, slightly wavy hair who helped us with the meet and greet and the pick-up so I could thank her in person. Zoe and Zara thank you!

I have previously had bad experiences with Kennels down in Sydney. I finally went on a holiday after a few years of stressing to much about me leaving my boy. I have to say Brisbane boarding kennel did an amazing job. they helped me arrange the stay and took my Boy for 8 days. I explained how stressed i was and they helped ease this by sending me facebook photos and updates. this was extremely helpful!

The staff are absolutely the best. They helped me when I needed somewhere for my dog Pedro and told me not to worry if I needed to extend his stay they said that they love him and he is a very good boy.

Brisbane Boarding Kennels is a life saver. Very friendly personal , who is willing to help in every situation the pet owner can get into. I know from my current personal experience. Long story short, I got myself into very difficult situation with my Max ( American Staffordshire Terrier) and Brisbane Boarding Kennel personal showed high standard of professionalism and helped me to solve the situation. I learned my valuable lesson and Brisbane Boarding Kennels staff got my back. I am a real person and this is a real review. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you BBK I am so grateful. I will see you when I arrive back to Australia.

Have been using them for the last two years, my dogs love the place.

This places is great. My dog comes home happy and bouncy after her visits here. Even better when she goes back for another visit she is always very tail waggy and excited to go back. Everyone is very friendly there and helpful.

Our dogs love coming to this place for either doggy day care or for a stay for a few days. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff who are always there to help. Would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of trying out this place for their animals
