Love the Van . Ok I am reluctant to give reviews early on . We have had a few issues but I will have to say te whole team at Sunrise Caravans have been brilliant. As I don't give out compliments easily. We would give this business a 10 out of 10.

We are incredibly happy with our new caravan from Sunrise Caravans!! They made the process so easy and enjoyable, in particular Mel who assisted us with all stages of the process and our colour selections (including making choices that would be hard wearing with two young kids), and kept us informed along the way. She patiently answered all of our questions and explained what needed to happen, and gave clear timeframes and expectations. What we most appreciated was there was no pushy sales processes, and our choices were always respected. It was very refreshing! Jack also did an excellent job when we took handover of the van and made sure that we understood everything about it before we drove away. We highly recommend the team at Sunrise Caravans and have loved dealing with them. 😀

Have had a number of Vans and these guys would have to be the best to deal with by far.
The Guys out in the workshop are unreal, stayed back for us to collect our new van, went through everything you could think of to show us how everything worked etc. Unlike all the others we have bought (Colour RV).
The Girls in the office knew what was happening step by step, regular communication from them whilst our van was getting built. It's only early days but so far we are very very happy. Would we recommend them??????? Yes We would.

Sunrise Caravans were very professional from day one. Everything went smoothly and the van was delivered when promised. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and always there to answers questions. We purchased a Sunset Boulevard and have only had it a short while, but love it.

We brought our wild warrior van in for it's first service. From the wonderful ladies at the front to the ever so friendly men out the back to do the services there was not a problem to be had. Professionalism was of a extremely high quality. The personal interaction and feedback was excellent. Totally enjoyed our experience with the Sunrise team. Thanks guys

We recently purchased a Blue Sky Emerald from Sunrise Caravans. Our experience has been great dealing with all the Staff.
From the first days (kicking tyres) at the Caravan shows we felt very comfortable dealing with them. No pressure to "buy on the day".
The van's features are great, the finishes look classy & are very good quality !
The Emerald is suited perfectly for the vehicle we have & was delivered a little earlier than expected.
We looked at a lot of Caravan Suppliers & models, but kept coming back to the Blue Sky because of the features, finishes & friendly service.
We are very happy to recommend Sunrise Caravans to deal with, all the staff made our experience buying our first "New Caravan" very easy.

Just taken delivery of our second caravan from Sunrise. Didn’t think twice about going anywhere lease as our first van was like brand new when we sold it even after 7 years & a lap of Australia. Steve, Anita and the team are fantastic. First time buying and they helped my family and me every step of the way. We got the caravan of our dreams. The knowledge they have and nothing is too hard. Great experience all round. I would strongly recommend to anyone buying a caravan.

We purchased our Blue Sky Splendour in late 2014 and picked it up February 2015. The service Sunrise Caravans gave us through out was exceptional. We do several short trips up and down the coast each year and one long trip every second year. At present we are living in our van in our front driveway while our home is being renovated.
We whole heartily recommend Sunrise Caravans and the Blue Sky caravan .

Right from the get go we have had a great purchasing experience, with Mel showing us through the van and answering our many questions, she is so knowledgeable and such an asset to Sunrise Caravans.

And then at handover we had George, another asset to Sunrise, again so knowledgeable, professional and very patient, explaining things until we had no more questions to ask.

Overall we are so happy with the whole experience, and looking forward to becoming part of the Sunrise family and hooking up to enjoy some of the owners group trips away.

We ordered our van in Aug 2020, and just picked it up Dec 2021, .due to issues out of anyone's control, Sunrise always kept us up to date with what was happening and kept informed

Steve at Sunrise Caravans has been a key source of information and guidance as we research our caravan future. Steve's knowledge of his products and the caravan sector in general is a large part of the reason that the Blue Sky Emerald is on our shortlist of two finalists. We bought our Ausflex Family Adventurer 17ft from Steve back in December 22 and couldnt be happier with the level of service and professionalism. We had a few issues, minor and nothing you wouldnt expect from a new caravan. Although it took 5 months to get it finally fixed, Steve and the owners at Ausflex fixed all our issues and we are really happy with the overall service and quality of the van. Throughout the whole process Steve was very accomodating and understanding and even when i mentioned there was some parts missing, he instantly sent them out to me. I can only highly recommend Steve and his caravans and always praise Steve and our van to others we meet along the road. We have had many vans in the past, different types and brands and have been really happy with ours through Steve. Customer service is key and important to us and Steve from Sunrise Caravans is exceptional at delivering that. Highly Recommend.
