Right from our tour of the factory and seeing all of the vans at different build stages. We were just so impressed with Titan. We decided on the Titan 575 bunk van to suit our family. The size, layout and practicality for us was perfect! Thank you to the whole team at Titan from reception to service and sales and a big thanks to James for making our dream van come alive.

We have just picked up the Blackhawk Hybrid 10 days ago and been on the road since. Can’t fault it at all. Tows beautifully and has all the on and off road comforts of home. The van is very easy to set up and we have had many people commenting on the Hybrid design and the great quality it has on our travels. We highly recommend this van and company. James has been amazing answering any of our questions on our travels.

John was fantastic, after visiting many caravan dealers his knowledge / honesty and passion was fantastic. The titan vans we looked at were finished great and particularly stand out in the market of mass produced vans in this current age. Highly recommend!

I am ridiculously happy with my new Titan Blackhawk 660 Caravan. The after care experience has been top notch with Sarah answering any email inquiries I had, often within minutes, not to mention the 24hr Hotline, which is extremely helpful when you first get the keys to your new van. We are living full time in our van doing a lap of Australia and LOVE it.

We have been caravan owners for over 10 years and have just picked up a brand new Titan Blackhawk 480 from Titan headquarters at Burpengary.
We made the 2500km trip from Adelaide as we were keen to meet this amazing team at Titan.

Harry from Titan rang us the day before to discuss the handover.
We arrived at Titan in the pouring rain, the van was ready and under cover. The handover by Harry was excellent, well thought out and covered all the important details. This alone was worth the trip.

We purchased several items from Titan’s spare parts department who were very helpful and even fitted our grey tank outlet connection.

Sarah was on hand to welcome us and informed us she was the go to person for after sales help. Sarah has subsequently fixed a couple of small issues immediately on request. Great service.

We drove the Blackhawk to a local caravan park to do a shakeout and after 2 days of continuous rain could find no fault with the van.

We then left on our long wet trip home. The van towed beautifully, very stable. Each stop was easy to setup and all equipment worked very well, a glass of wine in hand within 10 minutes.

The van is home now and we are extremely happy.

We bought our Titan caravan 2nd hand from a private seller, but have still received quality service and great backup support from Titan. They have been prompt and easy to deal with in any issues that have occurred.

We have had our Titan Blackhawk for approximately 6 months.
As with all new vehicles small problems pop up here and there.
The management and staff have only been to willing to address issues that we have raised with them.
Staff are very friendly and obliging.
Also nice to be greeted by James and made us feel like part of the Titan family.
The van itself performed well in our last outback journey, towed like a dream and kept us nice and warm on those 5 deg nights.

Recently purchased Titan Tardis, excellent deal from John, James and staff - impressive service. Love the layout of the Tardis, loads of space/storage, plenty of power/solar capacity, decent volume of water capacity. Large kitchen, club lounge, large compressor fridge, air con, fans, stero, BBq outside. The perfect time space traveling machine for us to get away in. Thanks Titan.

Brought my Titan 660 second hand from Titan Burpengary it was in very good condition so they gave new warranty with the van. We have done about 20000 klms in 3 months around WA and SA.. The van has performed perfectly it tows far better than my last JB caravan. I believe it's built tougher than my JB as well and Titan are far better to deal with.

We are over the moon, quality built van that’s ready to roll in or off the grid.
After sales service is exceptional.

In October 2021 our tuff little 480 Hybrid had a tree fall on it in a windstorm at Queenscliff (VIC), causing damage to the fibreglass, bending the toolbox, and smashing a solar panel. Temporary repairs to keep the water out and replacement of the solar panel kept us on the road though 2022, with a trip to the York Peninsula in S.A., Cape York, and Lawn Hill in QLD. The tuff little 480 pleasantly surprised us with how competent and comfortable it was to tow and living with for our 4-month adventure. At the conclusion of the trip the 480 went in for a service, and repairs of the storm damage from 12 months earlier. The van has now returned home, and we would like to say a very big thankyou to Dan, Demi and the team at Titan and the CRSC for an excellent job!

From our very first visit to Burpangary, to the day we picked up our brand new caravan, and beyond, Mike, James and the team have been fantastic. The 540 is built beautifully with great finishes, tows smoothly, and everything worked perfectly from day one. Sarah even fixed an awning clip for free, a clip which we accidentally broke ourselves. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to our future travels in the van we absolutely love, with the ongoing service and support from the Burpengary team. We will recommend the Titan brand, the vans and the people - 100%

We are thrilled with our Titan Blackhawk family Bunk Van. After searching the market for around 2 years, looking for that van that ticked all of the boxes. We looked at the Titan Vans and we were really impressed with the build and craftsmanship of these vans. We have now had our van for just over two years and we have been living it permanently for the last 15 months. The after sales service and 24 hour helpline is second to none. We cannot thank Sarah at Titan enough. What can we say!!! She is prompt, professional and just a genuinely amazing person. Thanks Titan for making our dream of purchasing our brand new van such a pleasant experience.

We took ownership of 'Syd' our new Titan 480 Dec 2021. We have had a few small trips but are now on a 5 month trip down the East Coast.
We could not be happier with our purchase - we are tickled pink with its size and functionality.
In terms of after sale service Sarah is absolutely phenomenal - she is a credit to Titan. We have only had a few small issues with our caravan ( which is extremely normal) but Sarah attention to detail and following up promptly is so comforting and reassuring. We recommend the caravan to everyone that comes by and asks about it - it is so easy to manoeuvre with its single axil and with the price of Diesel/Petrol economical to tow.

Inspected the 480 today and was impressed by the Knowledge of Harrison the salesman/owner of the business.

We booked our Titan caravan in to have a few small things fixed. The service was great. The staff were very friendly. Dan really knows his stuff & was excellent to deal with. Sarah is lovely & has always replied promptly to our emails. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
