I purchased a few products (water fountain, insect toy and bentopal toy) from pet planet at the cat lovers show and my cat and I have been very happy with these purchases! Their customer service was also excellent, would definitely purchase from them again.

Come to pick up around 4:30 no one in office and the business card on door with call restrictions. Don’t understand why you put your number with call restrictions on business card.

I bought two petkit water fountains from their shop on ebay 4 months ago, one of them suddenly stopped working, after 3 months.
I contacted them and they gave me a very random advice to clean it properly, which I did, then I went to petkit website for guarantee, to my surprise when I scanned the serial number on the box it was not recognised, meaning the product was fake. I contacted this shop again and enquired, they simply didn’t reply.
Be aware, they might sell fake products.
Update: after the google review they finally got back to me, without any real explanation on why products they have sold me can’t be authenticated through Petkit Australia, and unwilling to refund.
