A Cottage In Richmond

A cute cottage with all the facilities you need. The fire place was mandatory in May, and fire wood was provided. There was some confusion in the recent change of ownership, but they quickly jumped on that to not leave us waiting too long. If they had the option for air conditioning rather than just a fire place it would have made the whole experience a lot easier. I would go back again in the warmer months next time.

This has been the most amazing property we have stayed in in Tasmania, the cottage is very private and quiet, the décor is just lovely, decorated with a sense of flair and space including Lux bedding and towelling. So comfortable especially on cold winter nights. The hosts are incredible (we only got to meet Gabby on this occasion) they could not have been more welcoming and accommodating, from the welcome breakfast pack (the most delicious bacon ever) to the changing of towels and amenities every second day to the ever replenished stock of wood for the combustion heater to personally meeting us on arrival to discuss our travel plans and giving us tips and hints to local attractions, the cottage is run by people who truly understand hospitality.
A special experience, we would love to stay again.

A gorgeous little cottage a short walk from Richmond Town. Beautifully renovated and still new condition. Great location in a wonderful town immersed in history. Greg and Gabby are lovely hosts, providing all of the details to make our stay perfect. Supplying us with local bacon and eggs was a great touch! Thank you! We will recommend you far and wide!

Beautifully appointed cottage with luxury touches like linen sheets and Salamanca toiletries. Delicious breakfast items like homemade granola, local bacon and fresh sourdough. Gorgeous cottage garden and outdoor area. Highly recommended!

Lovely welcome by Gabby. Nothing was any trouble. Beautiful cottage in a quite part of Richmond yet within walking distance to the village. Will recommend it to family and friends and hope to come back on our next trip to Tasmania
