Beach Retreat Tourist Park

The location is excellent...right on the beach with a nice boardwalk which takes you to town in minutes along the Riverwalk. So eateries and pubs are walking distance. It's a small, quaint, quiet caravan park with lovely kept gardens, nice decorative touches to the toilet/shower facility and large enclosed kitchen/tv lounge area. Great for dogs with the beach, paths and huge park nearby. It has everything I could ever ask for and I love it...staying a week😊❤

We stayed here with a tent on the grass with water views and the manager was very helpful to maximise our experience and the beautiful surroundings. Bathroom was very clean with plenty of hot water. Kitchen was luxury compared to most camp kitchens. Recommend highly, best around Wynyard and region. Boardwalk into town right in front.

The grounds were so well maintained and the location was awesome. Plenty of grassed area around us and so close to the boardwalk and foreshore for a swim. We weren’t crammed in. A welcoming host, would highly recommend.

This is a great place to park up for a few days and take in Wynyard and its surrounds. There is an easy 5 minute board walk into town. You are right on the beach. Very clean, quiet and friendly.

North West Tasmania accommodation at Beach Retreat in Wynyard is run by true professionals. They were very helpful, provided some information on great local tourist spots to visit and on Easter Sunday, we awoke to find the Easter Bunny had left us some chocolate gifts!
The accommodation was spotless and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on. Location is scenic as it's right next to the beach. Also handy as shopping is only a few minutes walk, less by car.
Absolutely lovely stay and would recommend without hesitation.

Ocean Front holiday Park with easy walks to the town centre. Clean cabins with cooking facilities and comfortable bed. It's just lovely listening to the ocean while drifting off to restful sleep. I have been visiting this great little spot for over 20 years and always enjoy the welcoming friendly arrival. There are various sized cabins and caravan and camping sites as well. There is a board walk accessible by wheelchair. The Wynyard Seafoods (voted 2nd in Australia) is a short walk away.

A beautiful clean, tidy and picturesque park, close to the beach, shops and amazing walks. Lovely friendly staff. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay.

A fantastic place to camp! Great ammenities, right on the beach and a warm, friendly host. Loved staying here and will be back.

We have just stayed 2x nights in our campervan and what a lovely park . Quite small so not overcrowded the owner made us feel very welcome the facilities while a little outdated were very clean and well maintained

No water to Caravans only in toilet block where you had hot cleaned showers.
They have a water leak owners cannot find so just mske sure your tank is full or you have extra water with you. There is a laundry mat close by. Kitchen lovely & we watched TV in there so mum didn't miss out on her programs.
Owner was lovely & cleans toilet block at night. They need to sell as park has guests onky during Spring/Summer. Location has a boardwalk next to it along beach. Gorgeous location! Alot of people fishing.
