Officeworks Capalaba

I've had 2 really good experiences at Officeworks. The first was buying a laptop. We were served by Ryan who could not have been more helpful. The second was today when I went in. I had an issue buying a phone on the site. I went in store and was helped by Sue and Caydee. They were happy to match the online price and sorted everything out so effortlessly.

I shopped today at officeworks and I need to tell you I had great assistance by several staff. First, the young woman in the photo counter, then the guys at the computer, tv area, both of whom were knowledgeable and treated me with great respect and listened carefully to my issues. They explained clearly why I had trouble. A very positive experience. Older women often don’t get treated as well. Thank you.

Had to give a 5 star, after a brilliant staff member, Ryan, helped me and explained to me the products that I was purchasing. Brilliant staff member. Friendly and professional. 👍

Very polite young team, but one can see lack of experience and motivation in some team members. I just asked a question of one team member, and she while going from behind the counter told me “I am on dinner break”!!!

Saying that, the rest were absolutely a pleasure to deal with! I’m sure the team will take it as a constructive feedback and improve customer experience!

Went here to print up some large print photos.
Easy to use computers and printers.
Due to size of photos we had to wait for a larger printer to print.
I found the staff to be very pleasant and all too eager to help and assist.
They all went out of their way.
This is also where the system fell down.
Due to the eagerness of the staff to help everyone , there was no one to stick to any particular task.
So the wait was quite long and eventually we had to find a staff member to get our photos.
Again once we found someone they were so helpful and pleasant.
Maybe some extra staff would help?
Or maybe a dedicated staff member on photo printing?
All in all it was the staff members that made it a pleasure to shop here.

I was highly impressed by a lovely lady who works here and noticed me about to throw away this part thinking it was part of the replacement drum cartridge I had just purchased. She was off shift heading home and told me that part is part of the printer and approx $200.00 to replace. Fantastic customer service in my opinion. Very pleased that I didn't get home to realise I had thrown out a critical component of my printer!

Staff were very helpful with finding the product i wanted.

Was getting a new router/modem. I was trying to figure out the products, due to not really knowing much about the items I looked for a staff member and spotted Cam. He looked busy restocking but came over and asked if I needed assistance and gave me a run down on the items i was looking at. Definitely a helpful staff member, 5 stars based on excellent customer service.

Like every office works store, they have a great range off products. The staff are great. I overheard a young male staff member talking to a difficult customer and she asked questions he had no way of knowing so he Googled the product on his phone. He was amazingly patient with her.
Another staff member was on a tea break and stood aside with his uber eats food in his hand to welcome us in the front door.
They respect the customers and enjoy their role in helping us find there right product.

Thanks to Stephanie for great customer service in the photo print section. She was courteous & extremely knowledgeable & waited to make sure all worked perfectly. She is an asset to Capalaba store.

I'm absolutely blown away with how amazing the team was today with helping me organise myself. Beyond grateful for the way they went above and beyond and I wish I knew all their names to give them a shout out because they were lovely 😍

I would like to give a big shout out to Eliza and Christine, who are the epitome of great customer service. These ladies always go above and beyond to ensure that they have assisted me during my shop! Would travel the distance past numerous officeworks just to shop at the Capalaba one :)

Staff here are friendly and helpful. It sometimes takes a bit of talking to get them to honor their price match policy but they always do in the end. Furthermore I have needed to return things before and they have always been very simple to deal with in this regard.

5 stars to staff member Cameron (Capalaba store) for great customer service.
I needed a new printer and was undecided with what’s available instore. Cameron was busy moving stock on shop floor but was very helpful and friendly when I asked for assistance to help find the right one for my printing needs.

The amazing staff here were incredibly helpful helping me get my desk to my home. I had rather an embarrassing experience not being able to fit my newly bought desk into my car and they did everything they could to get it to me. Thanks again for turning a bad day into a good one.

Zach, the manager at this store, went out of his way to arrange for a discontinued stock item to be transferred all the way to the Cairns store for me.
Absolutely fantastic service, nothing is too much trouble for these wonderful folks.

Andy from the Office works Capalaba store was such a great help today. We went in looking for an office chair and a whiteboard. He not only ensured we got the products we were looking for, but with my ankle injury, he also helped us get our bulky purchases to the car. Fabulous service and a genuinely awesome staff member. Thank you Andy.

He was very professional, courteous and Knowledgeable.

I would like to say that this morning I was pleasantly surprised when I called the Capalaba store...on the other end of the phone was a young gentleman with beautiful phone manners...happy disposition..and a friendliness I have not experienced from that store before...after an atrocious experience the last time I went this young man put a smile on my face. It was his customer service which gave me the desire to go back to Capalaba...YOU ARE A TRUE GEM ZACH..some of your coworkers could learn a lot by listening to and watching your interactions with customers...THANK YOU ZACH!!!!! ,😀😀😀😀

Got served by Vicky a very wonderful lady, loved her experience, very patient it did take 20 minutes to find my receipt in my bank statements and I'll like to thank Sage in this too very greatful for their help I'll always shop here, good customer service, close to home and reasonable prices for stuff you want
