Getting a water filter for the water tanks

Terrible experience. They came to repair my pump - without a replacement floatation device and the wrong size shrink wrap - said it would probably fail and it did the next day. Got a bill for $280 because they sent someone after hours - but didn't tell me that they were sending someone after hours and it would be billed at a higher rate. Called to complain it wasn't fixed and they sent him back and he replaced the floatation device - but sent another bill for $180. I called to complain and say I'm not paying the second bill - the woman in billing gave me the run around and insisted the worker call me....who also gave me the run around. I complained that $280 is ridiculous for a simple fix of shrink wrap on a wire - he said that if it was that simple why didn't I fix it myself. I am not wanting to get insulted on top of being insulted with this huge bill. I have told them that I won't pay the second bill but no resolution yet....really really disappointed. Would not recommend them to anyone.
